    My wife went here to trade her 2018 Chevy Malibu and get a 2021 Chevy blazer. Sales rep and licensing agent lied to tell her and told her the term was for 72 months and skimmed through paperwork really quick so she wouldn’t see that they got her a term of 87 months. Never before in my life have I seen or heard of a 87 month term for a vehicle. They just wanted to make the sell, and blatantly lied to her face and mine to do so. The sales rep initially tried to sale her a 3 year warranty when it’s already included. I test drove a Harley for 4 minutes and it was leaking oil from the head and heard the sales manager say “that’s why we didn’t wanna let someone test drive it”. Just an all around shady car dealership and at this moment I wouldn’t recommend an enemy of mine to them. I’m seeking reimbursement for the cost of the extra months that they lied to me about. After everything is said and done almost $52k for the blazer and I haven’t even mentioned that the vehicle is pulling to the right.

    Sales rep and licensing agent lied to tell her and told her the term was for 72 months and skimmed through paperwork really quick so she wouldn’t see that they got her a term of 87 months. Never before in my life have I seen or heard of a 87 month term for a vehicle. They just wanted to make the sell, and blatantly lied to her face and mine to do so. 1st page of attachment shows 84 mos and 2nd shows we extended to 87.  Now that is presented when we are going over numbers half hour before you even sign paperwork.

     

     The sales rep initially tried to sale her a 3 year warranty when it’s already included.  We did offer a 36 month 36,000 mile full covered service contract which they declined, what is included with the purchase is a lifetime limited powertrain warranty.

     

     I test drove a Harley for 4 minutes and it was leaking oil from the head and heard the sales manager say “that’s why we didn't let someone test drive it". What was said "we typically don't allow test drives on motorcycles due to liability of someone getting hurt", instead we pulled it outside and jumped it(due sitting inside for a year with NO leaks under it) and let *** ****** ride the Harley.

    I bought a 2017 Chevy Impala from Marshall’s, signed August 28. Sept 5, the vehicle shut down completely on me at a stop light. Took it back to the dealership, it has been there since not touched. They won’t fix the vehicle until warranty kicks in they say, and they won’t take the vehicle back either. I have to still make the payments and keep up my insurance on a vehicle that is sitting in their lot, that I can’t drive.

    In October of 2022 I purchased a vehicle from the dealership ( 2017 GMC Canyon ) and upon having the vehicle an not having it more than a few weeks issues I felt were detrimental to its proper functioning, I was directed to bring it back to be looked at.
    Roughly after 2 months of inspecting the canyon I was informed that the motor , transmission and rear end where going out of it. I then being a loyal customer inquired about another vehicle that was attainable. In December 2022 I was shown a 2017 ford f-150 after having been informed that there where some things that needed fixed on it an that they would be addressed and taken care of before taking possession. My wife was listed as co-signer due to the price being more than the canyon. While on my way to a dentist appointment about two months after purchasing the ford the sunroof had collapsed an wouldn’t reseal. After calling and speaking with Mr. Caldwell he had stated I bring it in and a “ loaner” would be issued, 3 months later I was informed that the issues stated that were to be fixed had yet to be taken care of and that the head gasket was blown. I was requested to bring that loaner back and was issued yet another which is still in my possession.
    I’ve recently taken a position with a company and will be relocating to a different state, my wife and I have sought another vehicle ( with the dealership ) only to receive what seems to be little to no cooperation in doing so. A time frame has been stated as to when we will be relocating and there’s been no contact with the dealership on how the issue can be resolved to an acceptable position from both parties.

    First of all, for some reason I didn't get the initial complaint and I apologize.  Now, regarding *** **** it has been a painful situation!!  Unfortunately, this truck had a problem shortly after he purchased it.  It has been here for a period of time waiting for either part, logistics, etc.  Just verified all parts are here and it is next in line to be completed.  Since covid epidemic supplies and shipping has been a challenge!  *** ****'s truck will be completed shortly with no expense to him nor no expense to him for us providing a loaner during this long process.  Any other questions please reach out to me.

    Regarding ******* ******* matter.  He purchased on March 30th 2023.  The truck was in here to fix dash piece 4/17/23, again 4/28/23 for crank but no start.  When the truck gets here, we couldn't duplicate issue.  Lastly truck was here 5/2/23 for replace engine air filter.  When or if problem continues we would be glad to help assist him!
