    2 triple pane windows installed last September and we have been trying to get him to come back and look at them since 2 weeks in. One is broken in the latch area and they were not installed properly. The wind blows through because they were not sealed up. We have ask him thru messenger, text, voicemails and they are now ignoring all together. They need to be replaced at this point. We ask for the money back spend on the windows. They also put a metal roof on around the same time and they have never made it right either. They didn’t install any vents at the eve and every time the wind blows we hear it loudly blowing through. Sounds like a motorcycle is on top of the house.

    We had the roof put on, it was done improperly. *** ******** has ignored us and made this a drawn out issue. After he had a inspector come out there are now known issues instead of *** ******** taking accountability and action he’s procrastinating which is turn is prolonging us getting other issues that he’s caused due to ventilation issues. This has now been a year long drawn out process. I have text to prove that I have tried to get this taken care of in a timely manner in which *** ******** ignores us for hours/days at a time. It took approximately 10 months to get *** ******** to come look at our initial concerns and then more have been discovered with zero effort in *** ******** fixing these in a timely manner. *** ******** goes days without communication and when we do speak it’s a excuse as to why he can’t handle the situation in a timely manner. *** ******** brought **** ******** to our home for the initial inspection and the following time *** ******** came out without **** ******** he was saying things that were contradicting to what **** ******** told us. When we brought that to *** ********’s attention he told us that **** ******** was highly medicated due to a upcoming surgery and was talking out of her head. I feel that this situation within its self is very unprofessional to bring your co-worker highly medicated to a customers house.

    Around June 2022 we were was contacted by ******** ******* to go look at a roof for the fishers. Went and inspected roof notified the ********. They had a leak and needed a new roof installed. They agreed we properly installed the new roof and removed the leaking skylight in the bathroom. The ********, were informed to fix the drywall on the interior. We quoted them for us to complete the work. They refuse stating they didn't have the money and they were going to complete the work themselves. While inside the home I was asked to look at some soft spots in the walls, I checked them out and determined it was condensation from the HVAC unit
    2 years later we received threatening texts and voicemails to come to their house immediately. I agreed and made three attempts to appease them. Then after that failed contacted and hired a third party home inspector and he did a home inspection. The roof received a 98/100 after being on the home for 2 years. There is nothing wrong with the roof. The problem is not the installation of the roof. Therefore Bluebird Contracting is not at fault or responsible for anything on the interior of the home. They need to contact an HVAC company or another construction company to come in and complete the work that needs to be done on the interior.
