      May 3rd, 2023, my husband I purchased a mattress from the BoxDrop in Carrollton Ky. The cost of the mattress and platform $2650.00 but with 10% military discount we paid $2528.10 with tax. The mattress has a 20-year warranty. 3 months after the purchase of the mattress a bulge form on the right side of the bed. I called the store August 14th, 2023, at 2:06 pm where we purchased the mattress. She called me back at 2:57 pm and asked me to send her pictures of the mattress and the information on the mattress. I sent her pictures on the 16th of August at 8:20 am. The only response I received from BoxDrop is "p". No other response or phone call. I called the BoxDrop on the 28th of August at 11:34 am left a message no response. I called the warranty company on the 28th at 11:30 am and 30th of August at 8:14 am. Was told to leave a message because there is no one that can take my call. I left a message. Called 7th of September at 8:56 am and again left a message with no response. Phone number to BoxDrop ************. Phone number to the warranty company ************. If the company or the warranty company is not going to uphold to the warranty or services, I would like to be reimbursed of the full amount of $2528.10 and the company picks up the mattress and platform.

      ****** called me on August 16th with a complaint regarding the mattress they purchased. They purchased both an adjustable base and mattress from me. This complaint was in regards to a defect with the mattress only. She initially sent me pictures of the mattress but not the law tags, which is why there was a slight delay. The correspondence is attached, where I asked for the law tag, as well as the FedEx confirmation of delivery for their new mattress.  The new mattress was delivered on Tuesday, September 19th at 10:19am.
