Post for services supposedly rendered on 7/20/2024. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called perfectly clean maid services after no response from other higher rated cleaning services. I asked specifically for a move in home cleaning on a new home my husband and I had purchased that had not been lived in for some time. I discussed expectations over the phone including top to bottom cleaning, light fixtures, baseboards, windows, shampooing of carpets and sweeping and mopping. I discussed with the owner over the phone that I may need about 4-5 cleaners to get the job done. She assures me she would send out 2 but "they do this everyday" and are able to get it all done in 4 hours. We had not moved in yet so we allowed the realtor to let the cleaners in. They were 45 minutes late. And the realtor had to close up by 5. I cannot tell anything was done. They left dirt all over the base boards, rings in the toilets, no mopping, no carpet shampooing, none of the light fixtures were touched. There was even a trashcan left full of trash and ashes in the bathroom sink like they had smoked in the house. After speaking with the owner via text, she had an excuse that they didn't have enough time, although she assured me 2 people would be enough (even after I had asked for 4 people), tried to blame the realtor by having to close the house by 5. When I called to speak with someone they ignored my calls. When I finally got a hold of someone it was a man and said that they would fix the situation by sending out another cleaner, (only 1) i asked for a refund, he said that would be fine and to just text if i wanted a refund and they would process it. After a week with no communication, I attempted to call the company back in order to speak to someone. After I finally reached the man I spoke with over the phone and told him who I was, he immediately hung up on me. Reviews on google indicate this happens frequently. They are scammers!

First off I would never say that a move-in clean would only take 4 hours to complete. Maybe 8 to 9 hours with two people. After just 4 hours of being there her realtor said she needed us to leave so she could lock the doors. 4 hours most definitely isn't enough time to finish a move-in cleaning. We offered to come back out to finish the move-in clean but the client refused. The client did file a dispute with her credit card company and it's under review. The 4 hour clean was not our fault, we were made to leave after just 4 hours.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of the perfectly clean maid service did speak in depth about what was supposed to be done and the expectations. Her response is not accurate as she absolutely knew that I had asked for more than 2 people and discussed that the cleaning was not adequate. I even offered them to come on multiple days but she "assured me" it would be done in 4 hours because she "does it all the time". She refused to issue a refund and therefore I was forced to dispute with credit card company. If you read her ****** ******* you will see she has a long history of scamming customers and her own employees. Many reviews say they do not actually clean and then she doesn't refund the money or will stop answering calls.

    Sincerely,

    ****** ******
