    I would leave 0 stars if I could. Used them for advertising our local business on a local College's Basketball team schedule. It was supposed to be distributed to local businesses for free and I doubt they ever were. We paid over $1000+ for the posters, TV and Radio ads and it has not been fulfilled. They were supposed to design the ad for us, but it looked so bad that I ultimately took it over and sent it back to them to use on the posters. I contacted them multiple times in regards to breaching their contract with us, and little to no response. And absolute nightmare. Do not give this lady any money, you will never see it and never get the products you order. She lied and said management changed and that's why they never responded..... They only have 1 email address! So all of the emails were still going to the same place.I will be involving and attorney now.

    This customer was given her money back even though she purchased in July of last year and waited six months to request refund. We stated that the refund request had to be approved. She purchased an ad on the sports schedule and was promised promotional sponsorship spots, which were delivered. She approved the script for radio. Her contract states that she should inspect the product and respond within three business days to request refund if there were any issues with the poster, which is what she in fact paid for. The media was free for sponsoring the poster. She signed a contract stating this. We agreed to give her money back even though it was six months later that she requested a refund. Credit card refunds are not processed after 120 days so we had to mail a refund check to her location. She has spoken with our sales manager and several others through the group email that we share. She was informed her refund was processed

    I did business with them over a year ago, then I started getting charges on my credit card for 399.00 in Aug., oct and nov. talked to them in December said they would issue a refund. nothing has happened. filing fraud with the bank.

    Credit has been issued to this company. There is a waiting period for the credit to.post of 5-7 business days.

    RUN!!!! This company is SCAM!!! I was promised tv ads, radio ads and have not received anything. Can not get in touch with them. I paid for my advertising back in January 2024, have been fighting with them since August! DO NOT give this company money! ZERO STARS!!!!!

    I have spoken at length with this client. She purchased a year ago and just recently asked for a refund. Our terms and conditions state a refund request must be made within 3-5 business days of receipt of the product. She was provided with everything we are contractually obligated to provide, however we agreed to issue a refund and this complaint was made in spite of that.

    I signed a contract to have an advertisement of my company in the Reds schedule. I was promised 100 brochures and didn't get the amount I was promised. I was told there would be a QR code so people can go directly to the website. I never receive it with my advertisement. The contract was signed a week before March and the advertisement didn't go out until April. I tried to get a refund for breach of contract but the company refused saying I didn't notify them properly. I will never deal with this company again. To much money for services that weren't delivered.

    Our terms of the contract state to please inspect your product for damage or error. Seller must be notified of damage or error within three business days of the date that product is received by the buyer. Buyer chooses to have product reshipped or refund granted and agrees to return the product at the seller’s expense within 7 business days. Refunds cannot be granted on imprinted items that are customized if graphic design is approved and are printed correctly. Refunds are granted upon request should both buyer and seller agree a refund is warranted outside of these terms and conditions and are issued within 3-5 business days. We were not contacted by the customer until yesterday, (4/22/23). Product was received 4 weeks ago by the customer. We offered to reprint the schedule with the QR code that was complimentary, even though the window of time for requesting a refund or reprint of the product had passed. The customer was told to expect a call from management on Wednesday, 04/24 to attempt a resolution. .
