    I bought my **** ****** in July of 2021. In December I took it back as it had overheated and a radiator line had come loose. Upon looking at the vehicle they informed the head was warped and I would need a new engine. I acquired funding for this through the state of KY. After getting the wrong engine in, they then sent the head out to be planed and smoothed. After getting it back and many monthes later. They are now claiming that they are having trouble getting the computer work. I call on a regular basis and leave messages but my calls are never returned. Everytime I stop by the shop they claim it will be ready by the end of the month. They also never called me to inform me the car needed a computer. This has been going on for over a year and a half. I need my vehicle back to provide for myself and my children. I feel as though my car is not at all a priority and customer service leaves much to be desired.

    My concern is to have a satisfied customer having said that there are some circumstances that were out of my control, I will explain step by step the process of where we are today, the car came in and had been badly over heated causing damage to the engine our first thought was to try and find a used engine at the most reasonable cost. That proved to be impossible the 1.0 liter **** engine has some issues with overheating, we then removed the cylinder head and took it to the machine shop for service, they called about 10 days later to advise us that the cylinder head had several cracks and was warped beyond repair. This brings us to the time frame of finding a cylinder head and only option was a new cylinder head, **** had given us a heads up that they were on backorder (which most things were during the pandemic) the customer was original given an estimate for repair to get assistance from the state at this time period, we were able to get the cylinder head almost 8 months later, I then took it to the machine shop to have the internal parts exchanged for use. We received it back 2 weeks later I was still waiting for some gaskets to arrive to be able to install the parts. Unfortunately I was stricken with illness in Late 2022 which had me shut down until Feb of 2023, but all my parts were in at this time at the dealership, we then installed the cylinder head and advise the customer that the computer had lost the memory on the security system we then took the car to our electrical shop and had them reprogram the computer once they had done that they informed us that the car would start but had no power we then had the car brought back to our shop and found that it had low compression in the lower end and we will need to repair that as well, as of today we ordered the rings and pistons to replace the worn ones that we believe were effected by the overheating of the engine. We strive to get our customers cars done in a timely manner but sometimes the logistics are not under our control so supply issues are still hindering some of the repair on customers cars. I hope that the customer can understand that we do not purposely hold up repairs because that is how we make a living, an unfinished product pays us nothing until we are complete with the repair. My apologies for the continued delay but we will have this car done as fast as possible once the other internal parts arrive, Thank You Lance W***
