I was referred to this place through **** for drug recovery and counseling services because they told me that they could provide me the services that I needed to have that worked with my job and kids. I spent 7 months attending their groups and meetings and counseling had 4 case managers who all either were let go or left and never ever did anything at all for me. They restructured their company or that is how 8t was put to me and so they could not provide me services anymore after seven months of tossing me here and putting me there no case management , no communication and what I was told I would and could receive in my assessment later was no longer available. Due to their restructuring I was dismissed with the promise of recommendations and referrals to programs that was more accomadating and so I would not have to start from the beggining. When I went to court around two weeks later after not hearing anything else at all from FamilyCare like I was promised and t family in court the cabinet worker stated 8n her report to the judge that she had contacted family care and I had been discharged due to no effort and after seven months of nearly 5 days a week of 1 and 2 and 3 hours groups and classes and therapies and my cabinet working only speaking to the front desk receptionist the judge ruled me as no effort cause they assume I was discharged from the program from my own doing when I was told the information I was given at discharge would be relayed to my caseworker so I would not be blamed for their reconstruction of their company and them not able to help me or give me the services I was told 8 could receive there from get go. ***** did not go in my favor and this is a two year. Court case I have filed complaints with the Cabinet and with health services also the licensing board for drug counseling and behavioral and the ombudsman for **** against *********** and **** worker who made a recommendation to the judge based on inaccurate information now my kids pay.
