On May 6th, 2023 my husband and I visited the Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront for a one night stay. We paid, with taxes, $405.62. The hotel room we were promised did not deliver. The room was outdated, stained, and items ripped. The toilet ran constantly, was full of rust, and the fill valve would turn on every 5 minutes or so. The shut off valve was corroded. The tub had stains, the walls had poorly patched holes, the surfaces were stained as well. The ironing board was rusted and at least 20 years old. The wooden hangers were scratched up, the office chair ripped on all sides. The curtains were torn, the refrigerator was not balanced (it was off kilter by a good inch). The sink stopper was missing, and the sink was leaking onto the shelves underneath, and had been for some time. The outlet on my side of the bed was damaged and unusable, the bed sunk in the middle. We paid for an upgraded room and got a run down room that hadn't been update since, I'm assuming, the hotel was built.

I reached out to the hotel about the room and originally I received an email back from a Mr. Art S******, General Manager on May 17th. He promised someone would reach out to me the following day. That did not happen. A month passed and no one called or emailed. I reached out to him again on June 19th and he responded the same day stating that his operations manager, Mike M*****, called and left messages at least two different times. That did not happen. I have no missed calls or nor do I have any voicemails. I emailed him back to let him know and to verify my phone number. I never heard back, even after emailing Mr. S****** on 6/30 letting him know I would have to take further action.

I simply want a refund for the poor accommodations provided to us after a promise of an upgraded room. Some pictures are attached to show the room's condition; I am unable to upload them all.
