    Unbelievable courtesy and customer service. True professionals every step of the way. Midwest assist us throughout the entire process of storm damage claim and when all the dust had settled, new replacement of roof, vinyl siding, metal, and gutters around the whole house. Jeremiah and Midwest works harder than any contractor I’ve ever dealt with and I spent more than 10 years in home remodeling and repair. Five star review and deserves even more if there was another star I could give!

    Midwest Elite Exteriors is one of the greatest companies I have used! They was very professional in working with me, the insurance company and putting my new roof on. I had wind and hail damage done to my roof in March of 2022. I hired another other company but they disappeared when it wasnt approved originally. They didnt want to fight ***** **** on getting me a new because ***** **** was dragging it out. Then I started contacting ***** **** myself and got the run around even after going to a manger. I contact ******** with Midwest Elite Exteriors gave him all the information from ***** **** and explained how the other roofing company disappeared. He started working on my claim and within 10 days after signing my contract I was approved for a new roof. ******** kept me posted with everything going on every time he said he was going to call me back he did. He stayed on top of the claim and made sure ***** **** did what they said they was going to do. ******** realized that the wood under the roof was damaged and needed to be repaired. He got in contact with ***** **** again and had that approved with 3 days. The day my roof was put on ******** checked in several times with me to let me know everything they was doing. The roofing crew was here right on time and worked late into the evening to make sure my roof was done in one day as promised. When they was finished they made sure everything was cleaned up and there was not even 1 nail left in the yard. Midwest Elite Exteriors and ******** was a life saver. This company is very professional, on time and everything they say they will do they will and go above and beyond. Again they fought my insurance claim that had been outstanding for almost a year and got it approved after the originally company disappeared.

    I recently discovered missing shingles on my roof as a result of the high winds we experienced earlier this year. Neighbors recommended Midwest Elite Exteriors sharing the positive experience they had with them. Shortly after speaking with the owner, a roof inspection was performed. Pictures were taken to document the damage and share with me. The wind damage was more extensive than expected, so the entire roof had to be replaced. The day of the tear off and installation, the crew arrived promptly at 6:30 am to begin the work. They were respectful of the property and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Other than having a new roof, you wouldnt have known anyone was here.I am so pleased with the work performed by Midwest Elite Exteriors and would highly recommend them to anyone that needed a new/replacement roof. The owner made a point of staying in touch with me throughout the entire process. Everything was explained thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered.

    Jeremiah and his team were amazing from start to finish. After a windstorm we wanted to have our roof inspected. Jeremiah did everything to make sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond and the level of service was just not something you see too often anymore. His team was very friendly and they were extremely quick. Their work was outstanding and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Not only the peace of mind we get with a solid roof, but it’s beautiful. Thank you again!

    Everything was quick, from having Jeremiah come out for the consult, to getting on the schedule for the actual repair, the material delivery, and the work itself - full roof replacement in one day. Never did something not happen precisely when he said it would. He did all the needed communication with the insurance company too and was very responsive and polite. Roof looks great, can’t even tell they were here. Mess was cleaned up immediately and dumpster gone before I woke up the next morning. I cannot think of how this could have been better. Recommend!

    Jeremiah does something that is hard to find in the world of contractors these days: He does what tells you he'll do and timely delivers what he says he'll deliver. He's a real pro when it comes to handling of the insurance claim process, and delivers a great roof product with a very personal touch. 10/10 would recommend.

    I discovered Midwest Elite by seeing their signs on two neighbors of mine. After seeing all positive reviews online, I knocked on my neighbor’s door, and asked them about their experience. They pointed to their roof and said “take a look”. The roof was very clean and well done. Furthermore, Jeremiah was an absolute rock star to go through the process with. He was responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects, and made sure there were no questions left unanswered. He was there every step of the way, and really goes to bat for you the customer with the insurance claim process. I would highly recommend Jeremiah and Midwest Elite for any roof, siding, or gutter work. Well done

    Midwest Elite Exterior is top tier. From educating, coordinating repairs and amazing communication - the entire roof replacement experience was simply fantastic! Jeremiah took the time to make sure we were satisfied. The second I reached out, we were scheduling a visit to set eyes on the roof. The team came out to complete the project so quickly. After being in our home for 20+ years, the wonderful job that Midwest Elite finished brought life back into our home! Would recommend them 10000x over!!

    Its rare, for me to write a review, because I generally hate all contractors! Its my own personality flaw, most likely. You see, I work in Emergency Medicine, where if I make a mistake, someone could die. This has made my attention to detail ****** developed. While this is good for patient care, its labeled me hard to get along with others. I expect my ********* order to be executed with the same care and concern, that I demand of myself. Work ethic is work ethic, right? Regardless of the job. ********, the soul and substance of Midwest Elite Exteriors, is as attentive to detail as they get. He knows EVERYTHING about how to get the most from your insurance company. He plans the job, and runs his crew meticulously. My home, an **** *******************, complete with turret, is tall and steep. Some companies wouldnt touch it. ******** didnt even break a sweat. The roof came out perfectly, and perfectly to code. If you can get ******** to put you on his scheduledo itdo it now. Good people are busy.Pro tip: Let ******** pick your roof color! I guarantee you that his design eye is better than yours.Oh, and when the roof crew all sings together, its just about the best thing ever.
