    Amy (office manager) did an outstanding job in getting appointment set up with my hectic schedule.
    Service technician did an excellent job. On time for appointment, very friendly, courteous, professional and took time to explain what was wrong with unit.
    I will definitely use Action Heating & Air again.

    Action came out within a few days of calling to schedule a tune-up for my Heat Pump. I needed a part replaced and it was taken care of at that time. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great Service Agreement for future service. Rick was on-time, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Action Heating & Cooling.
