I went to Nusculpt for a consultation regarding Coolsculpting services. After the consultation, I opted for a package of 8 visits, provided at a discounted rate totalling $3450. I had no issues scheduling and attending appointments for the first few. Over the last several months, I have contacted the company via text, email, and phone to request appointments and it takes an average of me contacting them 4 or 5 times before I receive any type of response. After agreeing on an appointment date and time on two visits that took months to schedule, they canceled on me the day of the visits with minimal notice and no alternate scheduling suggestions. I've been continually promised return contact and appointments that will fit my schedule, but the company has failed follow through on both of those. I would like reimbursement for my remaining visits, totaling $1581.25. The company has ignored my requests for reimbursement and continues to make false promises of appointment follow through.

I contacted this business and received a quote for services. I agreed to the quote, made an appointment, went to the appointment. I paid the agreed upon money for the agreed upon amount of visits. I have a receipt.
When I had a second appointment, I was told that I did not have the agreed upon amount of visits and would need to pay for additional units if I wanted to proceed. I did pay for additional units.

I made several comments that the procedure I was having done was nothing like the first visit I had, I was told there was nothing different about that visit. There was. the second visit was not only cold, it was almost painful.

When I called them with my receipt number, because I knew what I had paid for, they said that an employee had made a mistake, and had been dealt with. I said that I wanted a credit for the additional 1200.00 that had spent, and they said they didn't give money back, but would do a 1200.00 credit for services. They also stood by the fact that their cool sculpt machine showed that I had the prior treatments (first time), so that meant it had been done. It doesn't mean that it was done properly.

I have attached a copy of my receipt. I have also screen showed my bank withdrawals for this company.

I would like the money back for three units that were not done correctly, $1350.00 and the money back for the unnecessary charges on 3/26 1200.00

Thank you for the letter.  We have already resolved this complaint with ***** *****.  She purchased a package of 6 Coolsculpting cycles for $3600 which was incorrectly written out and communicated as 8 cycles for that price.  In order to honor our error and also abide by our pricing guideline which is standard for all patients, we needed to charge her $1200 to complete the areas she wished to have treated, and at the same time have issued her a credit in the same amount of $1200 that she may use on additional body sculpting procedures at our office.  She is aware of this and was happy with this resolution.  The first set of treatments was administered correctly with a significant reduction in fat from her stomach.  A subjective difference in sensation and pain can be due to many external factors.  However, the machine completed the cycles correctly and we have a log of those cycles in our system.  If there had been an error or it was not cooling the area correctly, the machine would have ended that cycle and recorded it as an error.  The machine is actually quite sensitive and has built in safety features to ensure proper administration of the cycles.  Objectively, we can see a significant reduction in fat in her before and after images.  Please let us know if you require any additional information from us.

    I filed complaint on 8-19-22
I need to give an update. I am requesting 100% refund of $6,100 due to I have been Scammed. I wanted to have Ulthreapy on my neck and agreed to include my chin. Also to make my top lip fuller. I have been sad and confused. At first I was Willing to work with them but now I know they are scammers. I took pics before the treatment. There were lines put on my face included my checks to my ears. I Never wanted nor needed nor agreed to receive Ulthreapy on my checks to my ears. I did not have wrinkles there. I agreed for Ulthreapy on my neck and chin only. I agreed to make my top lip fuller. I just remembered that Dr. G**** told me the day of treatment right before I was leaving.....she said to get more Ulthreapy I would have to wait about 4 months.
She told me that because I told her that it looks like the Ulthreapy didn't work. And she knows I was concerned about my lumpy lips. She said I needed to give my treatment some days to calm.
Bonnie is I think the manager. She told me that they will Not give me a refund to match Ideal Image. They would give me a $1,500 credit. Ideal Image price is $2,100. That's a $4,000 difference. I had already gave them a 1 star and told my story. Bonnie called me again and said they will give me $2,000 refund If I CHANGE My 1 star to a 5 star NOW. They want me to LIE. They tried to include my checks to my ears so they could charge even more. Their Ulthreapy didn't Work At All on me. I No Longer Trust Them to Redo Ulthreapy in 4 Months or Anytime. They are Scammers. I need to Sue for my lumpy lips. I WANT 100% REFUND of $6,100
I already filled a dispute with my Bank.
Because they are Scammers I'm going to notify the Kentucky Board Of Medical Licensure tomorrow
Please look at my before pics
