      If I could give a zero I would. They are impossible to deal with. Their website does not work. They place you on hold forever and never answer the phone. I tried to call to pay the bill when the website didn't work. Instead of answering the phone they sent the bill to a collection agent!

      This business is trying to balance bill me, despite the service being covered by my insurance. My insurance confirmed I do not owe them, and asked for a copy of the bill to resolve. I’ve called the business 4 times to obtain an e-mailed or mailed copy of the invoice to submit to my insurance to resolve. They keep saying they’ve sent it to me, yet I have received nothing. I call and ask them to confirm my address or e-mail address, they say they can’t. They continue to call me saying I need to pay them, but will not provide me an invoice as proof so I can send to my insurance.

      I spoke with patient regarding the issue with her bill for the 2/21/2024 date of service.  I am following up with our billing staff regarding the behavioral problems that she encountered as well as our inability to send her an invoice to her correct mailing address.  The specific issue with her bill having a balance has been resolved.

      I was seen at St Elizabthe FT Thomas on 03/08/2024 and doctor order xray .I was send home and told they will call me with results .I never received phone call and 10 days later I called back to be informed xray was never send with results and doctor never called back with results . also to find out 30 minutes later my tibia has been broken and I been putting pressured on it for 10 days .Which made my situation a lot worse which I am still going thru .I am wearing boot still and I understand could of been worse as ortho said could of been surgery .I came here to seeking this office pay all my bills for all those visits since.Hospital and doctor failed me as 18 year old collage student and my first broken bone .I been in pain since and not able to do my normal life and this is because of so tor not calling to report broken bone but sending bill to collect
