    This place is a blessing for us. Last year I brought my son to increase his self confidence when my twin daughter did not want to join. After seeing her brother’s forms and confidence boost, she asked me to bring her in one day. She was so amazed since the first day that she requested me to quit guitar lessons as it was conflicting with TKD practice schedules. Her focus went up three-fold since she joined and now she is in love with this ‘little place with great minds’ in Crestwood. Thank you coaches and other black belts to make this place a home outside home for us. Trainings for nationals and Olympic are amazing as instructors are all very passionate about what they do.
    You are truly creating champions in life and we are immensely thankful to you. ??

    My son has been training with Kentucky Taekwondo and Fitness Academy for about 3 years. The growth that we have seen in him since he started has been unbelievable. He has grown as a martial artist, but also in so many ways outside the dojang. The instructors invest in the students to not only improve their technique, but also by teaching them to be good humans. Our experience has been extraordinary and I cannot recommend them enough.

    My son has been training here since he started his taekwondo journey four years ago. He enjoys training with and the support he receives from his tkd family. This is a great dojang for people of all ages to grow and learn to become champions in life.

    30 years ago I started taekwondo and had the privilege of training at an incredible school. Due to moving and being in the military I was unable to train for 24 years. I attempted to pick it up a few times but was never impressed with what I saw at different taekwondo schools. This all changed when my wife and I enrolled our kids at Kentucky Taekwondo and Fitness Academy. I was extremely impressed with the caliber of training each student receives. Not only that but my wife and I have been impressed with how much each instructor loves and cares for each student. The high standards that I saw caused me to get back in after a 24 year break. It has been great to be back training in taekwondo. Kentucky Taekwondo has been a blessing to our family and I highly recommend it for your family too.

    Our Son Mason has been attending for two years. The leadership is phenomenal. Masons learned so much about self discipline, self control, giving back to his community, respect, kindness. I could keep going. If you’re looking for a great place for you or your children or all of you as a family, this or the place to go!
