    My wife and I met with and discussed the work needed to restore our ,2002 holiday rambler with owner Steve, he wrote up a contract that both of us signed and agreed to let his company do the work. According to him it was going to cost us approximately 22,000 dollars for materials and labor to complete. He has had our vehicle now for approximately 5 or 6 months and basically nothing has been resolved. He required a 50 per cent down payment (10,000 dollars) to order materials needed and to pay his staff for labor. I've been in contact with him once or twice concerning the matter and as far as I know my money is still in an escrow account at stock yards bank and trust. I'm seriously considering filing a lawsuit against the company. Does anyone have a suggestion for an attorney?

    I entrusted my large "Roamer" multi-purpose vehicle to Trax Off-Grid, LLC and Stephen L****** (collectively "Trax") to have customized work completed on it. I told Trax that I needed the work to be completed by July or early August 2022 due to time-sensitive plans I had for use of the Roamer, and Trax promised me that the work would be completed by then. I paid Trax over $62,000, but it is now August 2023 (1 year after the work was to be completed) and the work has still not been completed and Trax still has possession of my Roamer vehicle. On numerous occasions, I sought cooperation to try and remedy the situation, but my requests were ignored or refused and I have had to file a lawsuit against Trax and Mr. L****ir in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, Case No. 3:23-cv-391.
