    I spoke to the owner (Mr. *******) who agreed to remove a tree and a stump. I was told the tree would be removed initally and then afterwards (2-3 weeks) the stump would be removed. I paid in full when the tree was removed in Oct 2023. The stump was never removed. I tried relentlessly to phone, text, and email the company to no avail. Finally in late Dec I received a text and the owner told me he had been ill but would get to my stump in January 2024. We are now in March 2024 and the stump was never removed and again I get no response when I try to reach the company by any means.
