    I went to the car wash on 9/7/22 and asked for the veteran discount but they refused without veteran ID. I don't carry my ***** and went I told the attendant that I wont be back he said good, and that is more than fine with him. I told him that he didn't have to be a **** about it. I then pulled into the wash and he came ponding on my window and three the air freshner I bought from them and I called him a name and he then said he wanted to pull me out of my car and beat the **** out of me. I told him to go ahead. At which time he shouted to fellow employees to not wash my car. I have contacted the Danville police department and reported him for verbal threats. I am contacting the Danville County attorney. When I emailed the owner, since they don't answer the phone. This person emailed me back and said they didn't believe me and to never come back to their car wash. That is fine with me. But they did not wash my car and I want my 17.00 charged to my debit card returned back to me.

    ********* *** ******* **** *** ******** ***** ******** ************ ********* *** **** *** ******* entered the carwash on September 7, 2002. She asked for the $15 wash and an air freshener. My employee told her the total was $17, we gladly give all veterans $2.00 off. She stated she’s a veteran. My employee stated we ask for proof, AS STATED ON OUR SIGN AS OF FEBRUARY 2022. Ms. *******got very angry and refused to give my employee any form of ID. She then started verbally assaulting all the employees, stomped on the gas, sped into the tunnel barely missing other employees, and then slammed her car in park. My employee, the cashier, walked into the tunnel, taped on her window to give her her purchase. Ms. ******* started banging on her window, all the while, cussing ALL MY EMPLOYEES. The cashier asked if she would like a refund because we could back her out of the carwash. Another employee gave her the air freshener, which she snatched from his hand, screaming obscenities.

    Ms* ******* received the $15 wash, which is computerized and she did get the wash she paid for.

    Attached are the messages she wrote. *** ******* threatened to call the police and the county attorney which she didn’t. She proceeded to state that she will “crush you which I am very much enjoy doing”. She also left bad reviews on ******** and ******.

    My response was not to come back. We offered her cash back and she declined. She got the wash and her air freshener she wanted and refused a refund. In my opinion, I did everything I could do, as a business owner. I think it’s pretty bad that all this is over $2.00.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a complete lie of events that occurred here. I am appalled that their response is a complete lie. I did go to the county attorney and the police department but decided not to file charges against her employee for threatening to beat the sh** out of me. In regard to the wash that I paid for. The employee that verbally assaulted me made the people that were cleaning the front of my vehicle with their brooms to stop and told them to let me go through not getting a car wash that I paid for. My vehicle was not clean when it came out, but I feared to go back to get it corrected. Therefore, money is due back to me. Yes, I did use my constitutional right to review this business and I am making sure that everyone that I know will know how I was treated not only by the employee that assaulted me but the ignorant business owner that treats customers with no respect by not seeing the right here on how an employee treated her customer believing her employee who gave his version as an out and out lie. Shame on her. God knows the truth and I can live with that. The money is still due back to me for a service that I did not receive. ***** ***** has a reputation and so does this employee according to the police officer. So, the money is a technicality but should be returned to me for not getting what I paid for. As far as ***** and her employee, this behavior will speak for itself as how I have seen reviews of this business and it is businesses like this that are going to be their own demise by how they treat their customers. Hopefully the BBB will see the error in her ways in protecting a violent employee and for what. I am requesting the return of the fee for the car wash I did receive the air freshener that was thrown at me so I will pay for this.
