I bought a new tractor + an attachment from them last year (approx. 35k spent). This Summer in early June I bought a flail mower + had them run new hydraulics to support the setup needed (another >7k spent). As soon as I started using my new mower many of the bolts + nuts on the exterior of the machine started to rattle off. I replaced the ones that rattled off completely and then re-tightened the others which were holding on but visibly loose. Shortly thereafter I was cutting some light brush and the flail began smoking. I immediately shut it down and this is when I took the cover off which sits overtop the pulleys/ belts that control blade drum and observed that some more interior bolts had backed themselves out and got caught in the pulleys. I'll attach a few pics for reference (if google allows). I then decided to contact Cornerstone as I knew I had warranty and had only owned my mower for < than 30 days and had cut < 2 acres of grass/ brush. However, after several phone calls, in office visits, and dozens of email exchanges with Jordan/ Sales I have literally accomplished NOTHING. All I hear is that "we've sold 4 or so of these and have never had this issue" (I guess its my fault??!!) and we've contacted the Titan sales guy and he is either out of office or their internal Cornerstone guy that owns the relationship with Titan is out of the office, and they'll get back to me. It has 3 months and still nothing! It appears to me that these guys are only interested in making a sale. Once the sale is final then you are on your own. I've made several purchases with these guys over the past year or so and one would think that a small business would return the favor by taking care of their customers, but I guess not

Upon receiving this complaint from *** ****** on September 25th, our leadership team did a thorough investigation on this situation. Our service team reached out to schedule a pickup on the flail mower to assess the situation. By the afternoon of September 25th, we had *** ******** tractor and mower at our shop. Our shop service team assessed and called and emailed ***** *********** to check on if this was a warrantable situation.

We have been going back and forth with ***** *********** on this matter.

Titan asked for more pictures (That was this past Friday, October 5th) to send to their warranty team. Our Service Manager had a phone conversation with *** ****** on Friday to give him an update. Our team is working diligently to make this right for *** *******

    THE PLAN FOR RESOLUTION:

If ***** *********** does not follow through on helping us with resolving through warranty, we (Cornerstone) have decided that we will absorb the cost on parts and labor. We are going to make sure that *** ****** is taken care of.

I bought a Hisu Sector 2022 back in August of 2023 . The Sector 550 utv had 10 miles on it ,but the title say 0 on the odometer' (the title) This they said was new utv I picked the utv up and brought it home and drove it about 1 mile and notice it did not drive right . So i took it back to the dealership and told them the problem , It was under warranty. the dealership have had the utv for going on 6 weeks and they said they have not got the parts to fix the utv. They had to know that the utv was not right when they sold it to me. can i get the utv replaced with a new one? They should have not have sold the utv with it being defective .
