    In August of 2024, I bought a 2021 Tundra from them and was sold an extended warranty and was told that it covered maintenance for four years. Several times this last month (February) the truck wouldn’t start in cold weather requiring a jump to get started. I came in for scheduled maintenance today February and was told I have to pay a diagnostic fee to see why it wouldn’t start. I would not have paid for an extended warranty attention had I known this. I would have used the money to have service done at a reputable maintenance facility. Not happy or satisfied with my experience. I was told by finance agent that it would probably be cheaper to take it somewhere else for diagnosis.

    I bought a new Toyota 2017 Camry in January of 2017. While I don't usually buy extended warranties on stuff I did on this. Mainly because I was racking up a lot of miles traveling to work and other travel. The salesman was okay. I was a Toyota employee at the time (Georgetown Plant) and used my employee discount which is okay but not great. Didn't have to do any haggling. I was transferred to the finace guy and we wanted the car in both my and wife's name. Finance guy was pretty mad because he had already filled everything out with my name only. He asked about the warranty. I bought one that covered 8 years or 125k miles, whichever comes first. He told he that the warranty was refundable in full if never used. That was an attractive feature that pushed me over the edge on my decision to get the warranty. Fast forward to Feb 2025. The warrany had just timed out at 8 years and I had never filed a claim against it. I called them on Feb 3rd and talked to a finance guy. Told him about the finance guy being angry about redoing the paperwork and the warranty expiring and was inquiring about a refund. He said he would check into it and get back to me. 4 days go by and no call back. I call them and talk to a different guy and explain the situation to him. He says he'll talk to the first guy and someone will get back to me. Nobody calls. I call back on Feb. 19th. Talk to the 2nd guy and he says there is no such warranty. I asked if they make a habit of lying to people. Of course he said no.
    I WAS DEFINITELY LIED TO! WHATEVER THEY PROMISE...GET IT IN WRITING!!
    Bought a used Camry from them for my daughter in 2021. It was bought AS IS though I wanted at least a 30 day warranty but they said NO! 4 days later I detected vibration and took it in. They said it was the tourque convertor. That cost me almost $2,500. They refused to cover it or help me out at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
    BUYER BEWARE! Doubt if I'll purchase another vehicle from them.
