  I used this company for over ten years when the parents ran it. They were reliable, friendly and always did what was expected. I never had a single issue....ever.
  Now that it is being run by the son, the customer service is lacking severely. For two years in a row, my pool closing appointment was scheduled way in advance. They even called to remind me. My husband took off work to be here - but it was a no show. Two years in a row = missed the scheduled appointments... both times. Instead of apologizing for missing it - he became rude with me on the phone and told me to find someone else to close it. That was a turn of events that I never saw coming. I'm the customer and have a scheduled appointment. When I call to see if they are still coming... he gets rude and tells me to go somewhere else for service. AMAZING. He wants your money to get your pool installed but he isn't reliable or friendly... or even reasonable after it is done.

  Ollie the owner is a joke, this year I paid them to open my pool and first the two workers dumped all the leaves and crap from my cover into my pool. Ollie came by and said my pool was a mess, really! one of the returns had only one screw in the eyeball and it seems to be cross threaded so it is very loose. They cross threaded my cap last year and I had a leak so I showed them the cross thread I got a new cap I had to pay for then when they closed last year the boy said he would put the cap in the pump. This year at opening Ollie said because the cap was off the squirrels ate the threads and they got the cap on with alot of teflon tape but if it starts leaking I will need another filter?? Over 1000.00. When I brought these things up to Ollie he denied everything and said if i was not happy don't use them again with curse words. I assured I would not and would spread the word. Don't use them!
