  I paid Stacey Boehman $25,000 for 6 months of business coaching inside her $200k mastermind. There is a lot of indoctrination about not speaking or even thinking negatively about Stacey and I had trauma when I left the group that took over a year to process which is why i did not report this immediately. There are other people who have shared similar trauma and cult like experiences in Stacey’s program. I am asking for a refund because in the marketing she stated that everyone who attended the calls live and raised their hand would be able to get coached by Stacey at the weekly business calls. This was objectively untrue and these statements misled me into signing up for her mastermind. Stacey ended all calls after exactly one hour even though there were many people who had not received coaching which was contrary to the what she claimed in the sales email she sent me. Additionally Stacey wasn’t even present at many of our coaching calls and had students leading them which was not mentioned in any of the marketing emails or on the sales page when I signed up. I am requesting a full refund from this program and requesting the BBB to assist me. Stacey has denied my refund request stating I didn’t qualify for their money back guarantee but I am requesting a refund based on the misalignment of what was stated in the marketing materials and what was delivered. I was sold the idea of have access to Stacey for weekly mentoring and that was not delivered to me.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  In an email dated January 5th, 2022, Stacey assured, "Will I be coached by Stacey? The simple answer is: YES. If you raise your hand. We always get to everyone who raises their hand." However, this was objectively untrue. All group calls coached by Stacey were consistently terminated after exactly one hour, except for a two-hour bonus call at the end of the program even though people still had their hands raised and did not receive coaching. Additionally, our weekly calls were not all led by Stacey they were led by 200k or 2 million dollar group members which was not mentioned on the sales page or any of the marketing materials when I purchased. I signed up because I believed based on the statements in her marketing. I would have access to get weekly coaching from Stacey to assist me with my business but this was not delivered. This was not mentioned on the sales page or in the email. The marketing claimed I would be coached by Stacey and that she would coach every person on the call. However, on every call, numerous participants raised their hands but did not receive coaching, contrary to the promise made in the marketing. The claims in her marketing were intentionally misleading and I would like a refund for the program. Stacey’s team has attached my income reporting screenshots which they required us to do while on the program. My refund request has nothing to do with the revenue my business made and my business was growing rapidly before I joined her program. My earnings have nothing to do with her failure to deliver the coaching services she claimed she would provide. She claimed I would receive weekly coaching where she gets to everyone who raises her hand. This was not delivered as Stacey had students coach many of the weeks I was in the program and she ended the call after one hour even when there were multiple people with their hand raised to get coached by her.
