    Was very disappointed with the window Depot ordered 5 windows from Bryan s salesman talked about the window sills and rotted wood being replaced said it would be done.window guy gets here 90 days later tell's me there's a whole nother charge for that not what the contract said.started putting the windows in was about inch or more on each side of window started filling space with foam let him finish what he was doing next day we had to take windows out rebuild frames and finish the job that should have been done per contract still pretty unhappy with service

    Contracted with Bryan on Jan. 17 2023 to install my window Feb, 28 2023 he called to install and was a no show. , than refuses to make another installation date. It took until April 30th to get my 3 windows installed, he would ignore my text and refuse to give me a date, I asked if I could pick them up and he reminded me they would not be under warranty if I did. I started just asking for my money back. On Saturday April 29th he text that he was sending somebody out on Sunday the 30th. We called his office several times, I would never use Bryan again!!!!

    Vickie our customers satisfaction is our number 1 priority. And being honest is something we take very seriously. But I can send you screenshots of our conversations. January 17th is when you signed the contract to begin the order. I gave you a rough time table of 6-10 weeks. Could be more, could be less. February 28th I had a crew from out of town working for me for that week. I had tried to call but didn't get a answer so I sent you a message saying the crew might get finished with the job they were on for the first half of the day and if they die, then they would call you at 12pm letting you know they will be coming to you. But if you don't hear from them by then, then they didn't finish the current job they were on. Anytime we received a message from you, we responded in a timely manner. I can send screenshots if requested. And you asked if you could pick the windows up and have someone else install them and I replied yes but the warranty would be void from the factory not me. I never refused to give you a install date. We have been super nice with you during this entire process.

    Bryan I would be happy to provide phone records of the one time you called to says you would be there along with every text I have also screen shot and you have ignored. Because I had provided them to my daughter in law who is a Paralegal to send out a demand letter on Monday but you had the windows installed on Sunday. So yes I also have proof!!!

    As I mentioned in the text between me and you, everything went through on our end. Why it didn't go through on your end is a mystery. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
