This is absolutely not a valid complaint. Back in May of 2023 - We met with *** ******** insurance company because he wanted to try and get his rental property roof replaced for free. While I was out there with the insurance adjuster, they denied the claim and they said there was not enough damage on the roof for us to replace it. I called the insurance company multiple times after this to try and see if there's any other way they could help us with covering the roof. *** ******* was not happy because at that point he knew he had to pay for the roof. It is not Paradigm Construction's fault, nor is it within our control, as to whether or not any insurance company, decides to cover a roof underneath an insurance claim. We have nothing to do with that decision or that settlement. No money has ever been given to myself or my company for this roof either. I went out of my way to help this guy and he is simply blaming anyone possible because he hast to pay for his roof and cannot get it for free. Absolutely unacceptable.

had nothing to do with insurance,I called him several times, from April to July, wouldn't pick up,I got the roof done, hes just unprofessional, also he did a roof for me,I asked for the detailed bill and warranty,he said,he would have his secretary send it,that was in April, still waiting

I think he just didn't want to do it,because it wasn't an insurance job,he could have just said that

Once again, I have never been paid for this roof and it was never a project that my company did any work on. There has been and never will be any type of contract on this roof or any type of documentation that we were doing anything on this roof because we never took the project on.  The homeowner indicated that he did not want to pay for the roof so we simply did not do any further work on the project as the insurance company instructed me to do initially. This has no reflection on my work or my companies work. We are not attorneys and not here to argue about who pays for a roof and who installs a roof. We are a roofing company - not a consulting company that fixes customer problems with there financial situations.  This complaint is ridiculous and has no merit in regards to my craftsmanship or the type of services or products that we provide. Lazy homeowners with no money are not our problem to solve.

Hey *******, I was able to get a hold of the rep at ***** **** and I am simply forwarding you her email that she just sent me that proves waterside way was denied. I would hope that this answers any and all questions. I also reported him to his insurance company as making a false claim with the Better Business Bureau. The gal at ***** **** left her extension on the letter and she said you can call her anytime you want, and they also are going to be sending *** ******* a letter of intent for fraudulent claims. If you need anything else please let me know. *** ******* will be going through the legal process now at this point.

In addition just to go a little bit further, I have attached a picture of all the checks he sent you and uploaded before. I have circled the claim numbers and also in his own check, he wrote the address on the memo line of what all that money was for which was the first property that you and I discussed earlier and ***** **** did in fact confirm I was correct as well. On the ***** **** denial letter you will see a claim number they included for ** ********* ***** Claim #***********.   You will see it is a completely different claim # from all the other documentation he sent you because it none of that was for his ** ********* ***** property. This person is a liar and a fraud and this is the documentation to prove it. If you need anything else - let me know. Myself and the insurance company are working together on this as well and monitoring anymore false claims or documentation he continues send over for the record.

this is one reason I didn't want to go the insurance route,I live in ****,my sister lives at **** **** ******,my mom lives at ** ********* ***,both in **. I call my sister and asked her to find me a roofer, that could do both houses, and that I didn't want to go the insurance route, that i was going to pay,the roofs are 20 years old,so I met him at ****,in my driveway, and one of the first things I said to him was, there are 2 and I'm paying, then he goes and starts telling I should try the insurance,he said he might be able to save me money,he said he would handle the insurance side, opened his phone and showed all the adjusters he knew,he showed me he had 2 or 3 from ***** ****,he said he would do all the talking to them, when they called me,tell them we have a contract, and to contact him, like he was my lawyer,he said.He done the first roof, great, looks like he saved me almost 6000.00 great,he got paid,i have uploaded the 4 checks totaling 12.034.00 2 from me and 2 from ***** ****,but this was never about the money,is was about 2 roofs

The insurance may have denied it,but I still need a roof? The last time I spoke to him,I  told him the insurance lady called and said she was sending me a 602 .00 check, which i got and told me to go to **** ***** and buy my own shingles, its uploaded too,he said they can't do that, they have to do the whole roof, called him 4 times after that ,no answer no response.

I  would like to know how he knows my finances,he keeps saying Im broke, have no money,I have uploaded,2 checks I sent him, which got cashed,2 checks from the other roofer, that was done in September, got cashed, the only reason I waited that long, because in the back of mind, I have a contract with him,I  didn't want him come back and try to sue me for breech of contact,I called him twice right before I hired the other roofer, the other roofer ,I met on a Saturday,Monday,he got there at 7am and was done by 11am,and just to show him,I may be broke, but had enough money to pay for 2 roofs,I have uploaded my bank account from April to September

waiting to hear my next charge

I had my roof replaced by this company in April of 2021.
I had send them some picture in July 12th 2021 showing a problem with the roof at the front of the house there is a big bump. If it rains water spilled over that and also over the gutters into the porches. They did replayed to the text I send them with pictures attached and told me, got it thanks ******* will consult with my foreman, I will get back with you in a day or two with a resolution.
This never happened and I called them back today because after the stormy wind Saturday Sunday I found some roof singles in the back yard and was wondering what to do and how to have this taken care of. I was texting with Chad S**** and the first thing he told me is that it is out of warranty and that they are not responsible for storm damage. When I told him about the roof problem from day one he told me that it come to the same they are mot responsible for storm damage.
I like to know what it is that I can do since my roof is so young and now having to deal with this problem even that the hump on the roof in front of my house is there from day one.

This is absolutely not a valid complaint. This roof was completed 2 1/2 years ago This customer has recent storm damage and it is not covered by any warranty. He does not want to pay for anything and is trying to get everything done for free .Furthermore, the raised area in question is simply the end of his valley metal going into the gutter. It has no mechanical effect on the roof and there is nothing wrong with it in the first place.
