    The purchase goes back to June 2024, We entered on a web site the needs of truck parts that we needed. Within minutes a call was received. Their Agent identified himself as **** ***** He called us from ***** ********* In addition to the main part we needed, he suggested we look at other parts of the truck that were also available. We enlarged our request based on the photos that were sent. The total offer was for the truck bed, wheels and tires. We also wanted the rear glass along with some interior parts. We paid the total price and received a Year warranty that is stated on their invoice. we offered to have them picked up but I was told the delivery was included. The day they were to be delivered I set up the area for the driver to avoid any problems. I called to the location. My call was answered but disconnected. Since then I can no longer get the call answered. Their website is still active

    The date of transaction was June 17, 2024 to Drivex Car Parts. I paid $265.00 for a 1997 Dodge Truck-1500 1.) Seat front (Bench) and 2.) Dash Panel. I was told it would be delivered on July 8, 2024. I checked with Maintenance and ******* *********** ******* *** office and they said my parts were never delivered. You cannot miss these parts there huge. No one even has this vehicle in my building a 1997 Dodge. My father owns this truck with my Fiancé ****** ***** Whom been speaking to Drivex Car Parts customer service who now has a phone number ************** which when we call they say they will send proof of a signature. A signature which isn't from anyone in my household. No proof was ever sent. No received by proof was ever sent. Upon calling them 7/8/24 there is no answer for this numbers. It's like it's been disconnected. All we want is the part's we ordered or our money back for parts not delivered to our house. Please help us rectify this issue. No we haven't taken them to court and no we don't wish to make a criminal thing about it. Just return our money paid $265.00 or the part's we paid for.
    Can someone please help get to the bottom of this dilemma.

    They received my money and will not deliver not answer my calls.

    My husband, ******* ******* *found this business online on June 4th 2024. We purchased an engine for $730.00 on that date. We were told the engine would arrive in 3 days. When it did not arrive we tried contacting the company via text messages and calls without any response. Today is the day that the invoice shows as the delivery date (7/2/24) when it still didn’t arrive I tried calling and the number is not in service and the website is gone (drivexautoparts.com ) and I have no way to contact them. I believe this company is a scam.
