    On July 19, 2024, I purchased a driver seat for my 2018 KIA Optima through **************** in Kentucky for $460.00. The purchase was completed using ****** I received an email invoice/ receipt from ENT Auto Parts in Elizabeth City, KY. I was told the item would be shipped on July 22 and the invoice indicated the expected delivery date to be August 5th. To date, I have not received the item purchased. I phoned ENT Auto Parts to obtain status on my order and when the employee asked me to hold while he checked status he actually hung up. I called again and got a recorded message to leave a message. I have left several messages to no avail. I've even sent an email with no response. Then I tried calling a2zusedautoparts to see if they could help me. No one ever answers the phone and I've left many messages. I am able to see through my contact list that ENT Auto Parts has blocked my calls. I don't know what else to do that's why I'm sharing my experience through the Kentucky BBB.

    I ordered a transmission on 7/8/24 and there's no delivery or any information about my order. I spoke with them 3 times and they gave no information on delivery. On the phone they said Friday then Monday then no answer. Do not use this company. Lost $820.
