    They did a remodeling job for us. They sent us and estimate of 1300 dollars. When they sent the final bill it was 2700 dollars. They said that they never saw the estimate of 1300 dollars. We talked to the owner and we sent our copy of the 1300 dollar estimate. He told us Happy Father's Day,Merry Christmas . He also said the I am not going to be to eat because sme from my company made a 1000 dollar mistake, and he will pay for it. You took advantaged of us. We told him someone from your company sent the estimate. Then he told us to just send him 300 dollars since we had to pay them 1000 dollars deposit. I asked after a week if they got the check. They said it just came and if you can send me a o balance receipt. It has been over 2 weeks and still nothing. I ask them to email me a copy. They said we will send it by the end of the day. Did not receive that either. This company can not be trusted.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. *** ******** raved about how professional our technicians are and stated he was very satisfied with our work. *** ******** commented how he would recommend us to his Family and neighbors that needed some work done.

    *** ********’s main complaint appears to be that he did not receive a zero-balance receipt. I’m not sure why he has not received his receipt; however, I emailed a negative balance invoice to his provided email address asking for him to acknowledge receipt. We received *** ********’s acknowledgement on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. We further stated in a return email message to also: “use this message to verify your account as of June 27th, 2023, is paid in full.”
