Life Force is at the helm of my wellness. The state of the art facility is second to none. From red light therapy to the Himalayan salt room and sauna I breathe better and feel more vibrant. Amber, the owner, is deeply knowledgeable about the science behind each piece of technology and the supplements Life Force sells. I am grateful we have Amber and Life Force in Hardin County, KY.

Love ?? Life Force Wellness, I am there twice a week most weeks I love the relaxing atmosphere and enjoy the Red Light Therapy and Saunas and if I feel a tickle in my throat or a cough that just won’t go away at an end of a cold, the Salt booth or room are the answer for me?? Amber is so knowledgeable, caring and overall wonderful, he salt room is great and she has many beds to help, if you have never tried the Brain tap it’s a game changer, Elizabethtown and s fortunate that she has opened this business….Life Force Wellness Center

Life Force Wellness Center is an asset to the Elizabethtown and surrounding areas. The salt room is relaxing, the red light salt booth helps with allergies and is also relaxing. Amber is a wealth of knowledge!Life Force Wellness Center

This place is a LIFE CHANGER. The level of relaxation you feel is something I did not even know existed. It is a place to learn to tremendously improve your physical AND mental well being. The environment is so welcoming and inviting, it makes me feel like a mini vacation for my spirit. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with and learn from. Lifeforce Wellness gives a new meaning to my life. A way to escape from stressors in my life even if it for 30-45 min at a time. Friendly staff. Amber has such a positive outlook and is knowledgeable in the services she provides. I plan to try all the services offered , because if they are like the four I have already tried they too will be satisfying.Life Force Wellness Center
