My neighbor had this mosquito authority come to his house and spray for mosquitoes. Only the employee also sprayed OVER A 6 ft wooden fence onto MY PROPERTY and into a large Mullberry tree, 12 ft of raspberry bushes along that fence line as well as strawberries, cucumbers, some tomato and pepper plants as well. I asked the employee what he was spraying over the fence into my yard and if they were chemicals and he said “yes”. I reached out to Mosquito authority requesting a list of the chemicals used in their products, I gave my information to several different people three separate times yesterday expecting a response that I never got, but I now know since the owner called me today that it was because he was checking out my property to now it seems JUSTIFY what happened. He kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finish telling him what happened because HE himself was convinced I don’t have fruit trees or vegetables in the ground over there…to which I offered to let him come look at my property. I HONESTLY EXPECTED A BUSINESS OWNER TO SYMPATHIZE AND THEN SEND THE REQUESTED INFO! Not be argumentative which just UPSET ME EVEN MORE CONSIDERING….and then be arrogant on top of that by saying “well what did the cop say when you called them!?” I let him know the cop said I had every right to sue them because I have it on video and they can not just spray chemicals onto my property without my consent. I simply answered this owners question and he then responded as he giggled “yeah go ahead and sue me then….I will win!” My mind is blown at his disgusting arrogance, lack of empathy when MOSQUITO AUTHORITY and the neighbors were 100% IN THE WRONG…..and the companies overall hesitation to provide the chemicals in your products IS ALSO DISTURBING! I have still at this time yet to receive any documentation on the chemicals in Mosquito Authorities products. In the still I attached from the video I took that was too large to attach, you can see the worker in the back corner looking AT the fence where he was spraying over…your customer HAS NO trees for him to spray bin that corner!

BCPC has not been out to treat **** ******** property in Hodgenville. **** ******* is the neighbor of the complaint. The property was treated by Mosquito Authority. These are 2 separate business entities. This has nothing to do with BCPC Exterminating.

*** ***** recently reached out to Mosquito Authority, expressing concerns over mosquito treatment conducted at her neighbor's residence. As per our agreement with Mosquito Authority, we promptly responded to *** *****'s request within the specified 24 to 48-hour timeframe. Enclosed are transcripts from both instances of her communication with our team, highlighting discrepancies in her account.
To address *** *****'s concerns effectively, we revisited her neighbor's property in an attempt to understand the nature of her grievances. Regrettably, during our phone conversation with *** *****, her continuous dialogue prevented us from providing adequate responses to her queries, potentially leading to misunderstandings.
Despite encountering challenges, we endeavored to fulfill *** *****'s request for the treatment label. However, initial difficulties arose when she declined to furnish her email address. Subsequently, after multiple attempts, we successfully delivered the label to her via email on May 3 at 1:28 pm.
It's essential to clarify that *** ***** is not our direct customer; rather, her neighbor is. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that *** ***** does not hold ownership of the property in question, contrary to her assertions.
Regarding her claim of our technician peering over her fence, it's important to note that the technician in question is of significant height, as evident from the provided photo. Thus, any appearance of looking over the fence may be attributed to his stature.
In our earnest efforts to assist *** *****, it's regrettable that she resorted to disrespectful language, referring to our owner in an inappropriate manner. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to addressing customer concerns with professionalism and diligence.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  I still have NOT received anything. I attached a screenshot where I sent him my email address and asked him to double check his spelling. Just as I suspected, he intentionally sent that info to the wrong email. I say intentionally because I spelled it out for him over the phone and Z like Zebra doesn’t sound anything like S for Sam. In addition, I TEXTED him the correct email, but he was more interested in avoiding me or trying to find reasons to NOT send the info. **** ********** ** ************ ** *****

    Sincerely,

    *** *****

Now that we have the address the label will be sent via USPS by the end of the week. It will be sent signature required. No one is trying to avoid anything, there is nothing to hide. When on the phone with someone yelling it is hard to make out what is being said. Email was sent based on what was texted to Daniel. The office manager has sent the email several times. We will no longer be arguing this. The label will be mailed, and the signature will provide the paper trial needed
