  This was the worst experience of my life. Today is my Birthday and i wanted to get a mani pedi before i went out for d pedicure was fine. But when she did my manicure she cut and filed my nails all the way to my skin, made my pinky bleed, she was rough with the drimmel and made the skin around my fingers raw and bleed. She would pour acetone on it and burned it. I asked for ombré and she had to ask how do it and was very unsure and didn’t know what she was doing. The manicure looked horrible. So she drimmeled it off and rubbed my skin raw again. Someone else took over and she rushed through it. It doesn’t good. My fingers are hurting and bleeding, and i had finger nail polish all over me. She still charged me $70 for a plain pedicure (not gel and supposedly only charged me half for the horrible manicure) i left hurting and crying. My birthday manicure was ruined. I will never go here again and i dont recommend them
  
  I shouldn’t have even had to pay half… i shouldn’t have had to pay at all. My fingers are sore and hurting and the manicure looks horrible.

  I know she very careful everybody . But you have to understanding we are working for a living .

  That day she did your pedicure is fine just the manicure about accident to make you insensitive so we’re very sorry about that but the

  Manicure$ 40and 35 pedicure Ombre alway extra $25 that day

  But we charge you only $70

  then I still give you that discount we didn’t charge you anything about the color gel but the service .but you have to forgive ness who has been doing wrong please give her a change to Takecare your nails make them pretty again . I well give you a discount for the ombré gel is look nice . We here you like hurry to go pick up the kids from school that day so we have no change to let you soap off the gel other wise we very careful about customer care them we are try the business bring customer in to make them happy not make them sad walk out like that . But I get it . Everybody have bad day or happy day I understand that, so once again, I love to have you come back text me. Tracie I am manager Takecare you manicure with regular polish for you no charge . But we can refund for the service .
