    My mother (******* ******* was a resident of Whitesburg Garden a Signature Healthcare facility for 2 Years. During that time money was taken out of her social security check and put into a savings account by this facility to cover anything she may want from Walmart. My mother passed away on 12/12/23 and she never used any of the funds in this savings account. They recently sent us a bill for $602 and when I called to inquired about the money that was taken out of my r's social security no one is calling me back. They were taking $30 a month from social security so that should provide them with enough money to cover the bill and the rest should have been returned to the family. All I want is for this bill to be cleared up and the balance of the funds returned to us or social security.
