    I graduated CDL training services in Elizabethtown Ky on 06/06/24. I was under a carrier agreement to go to ******** ********** I really don’t want to do teams and be away from my family for. 3+ weeks at a time. So I found an option that worked better for me. I got everything worked out with the finance company that covered tuition for my schooling on 06/20 or 06/21. I’m responsible for a broken carrier agreement with ********* Now MTC (the parent company of CDL Training services) is refusing to release my certificate. From my understanding they should have no reason to refuse to release my certificate. Something seems shady to me. It seems to me like they are doing gatekeeping for ********* I have called close to 50 times and been able to speak to no one but the receptionist. I am attaching a screenshot of where I have the finances taken care of with ******* ****** ********. I can provide a phone number for them as well. I have called and spoken with them to make sure there should be no hold up. It seems to be *** doing the hold up.

    Good morning,

     

    I am responding to Complaint ID ******** originally shipped **** dates June 24,2024. We are responding after the date due to mail being delivered to another company that is at same address.

     

    Rebuttal to complaint ,

     

    Mr ****** ******* was under an agreement to work for a company that was assisting with his CDL Training tuition that otherwise he would have required a large down payment or cosigner.  ** ******* accepted the agreement however, after he received his certified training, he decided not to honor the agreement. The agreement clearly states he will immediately be responsible to a portion of fees.  On June 26th ** ******* ** ******* did  pay the required fees and his certificate has been released.
