    We took my sons Xbox to get fixed, after months of waiting for it to get fixed we finally got it back on September 26th. When picking it up we were told that we had a 30 days warranty. After 3 weeks the Xbox broke again with the same issue. I called and spoke to the owner, he told me that the tech was on vacation and that he would be back in a week, I then called a week later and then was told that the techs grandma died. I was told I would receive call when the tech was in. Two weeks later I called again today and was told the tech wasn’t back. At this point I obviously got annoyed and asked about a refund. I was told there was nothing they could do. I got snippy and was hung up. When I called back and told him that I did not appreciate being hung up on I was told “I don’t care what you appreciate, you can kiss my ass is what you can do”

    *** ********* first sentence states that she picked up her Xbox on 9/26/24. TF Games has attached the repair ticket agreement signed by *** ******* that she dropped her Xbox off on 7/13 and she picked it up on 8/16/24. She signed the agreement stating that the repair was completed to satisfaction and the Xbox was given back to customer. It states on the repair ticket that she signed that all parts and labor are non refundable.  Another discrepancy in *** ********* complaint is that she paid $112.00 for the repair; however, the repair ticket also states that she paid the deposit of $20.14 with a remaining balance of $100.00 owed and according to the complaint with the Attorney General, she states she paid $131.00.  In *** ********* complaint, she stated that she became "snippy" however, she was hostile and verbally abusive demanding a refund. TF Games does not condone this type of behavior and believes in protecting employees and customers. TF Games repaired *** ********* Xbox and fulfilled their part of the agreement.
