      We originally signed an interior remodel contract with Jeremy on 4/5/22 for $50,141.73 plus cabinet cost of $16,967.55. For the past year, he has been nearly unresponsive to our calls and messages. When we do reach him, he is unprofessional and has a multitude of excuses for delays. Jeremy threatened to fully pull off our job unless we signed an ammended contract which eliminated multiple large job items. Upon us signing the ammended contract on 9/17/23 with a completion date of 9/29, he has failed to perform any further work at our job. On 9/26, 3 days before the new completion date, he decided it would be better for us (AKA him) if we agreed to let him out of all contracted work which we did not agree to. We have additional supporting documentation should you require it. We have diligently attempted to work with him for 6 months with no prevail. After many attempts to schedule him, the work still remains incomplete. He is still failing to respond.

      We want reimbursed for the missing cabinet items that were never delivered totaling $1,667.41, $2,000.00 returned per 9/12/23 contract amendment, $2,500.00 for contract work not performed (see attachment- this amount was proposed by him- this is very low and it's unlikely we can find anyone in N.KY to do the work for close to that amount), also a late penalty per the ammended contract of $500/week (as of today, he is 14 weeks past our agreed upon deadline). This totals $6,167.41 plus $7,000 in late fees. We would like a check for the full amount owed.
