      10/09/2024 I missed a call about a appointment reminding about a appointment on 10/15/2024. The doctor who was assigned was not able to see me on 10/15/2024 for a reason I don't know of. I ask if I could be seen at later time and by different doctor because of my employment and employer. The lady that call from that office try to see if I could be seen another day sooner in which I told the receptionist that I couldn't keep missing days due to my job because I don't have no other person helping me with my rent and duke bills. I ask if I could be seen by a different doctor no one has came to an answer. But I was told if need to be seen to try elsewhere because what they have is what they have. I feel offended and I am upset about it. Please reach out to the facility and ask why I couldn't see another doctor at the facility? Why wasn't I offered another physician?

      As the attached response indicates, St. Elizabeth Physicians is not permitted to discuss a patient's protected health information with a third party without the patient's authorization.  However, St. Elizabeth Physicians is committed to addressing the customer's concern and have resolved the concern directly with the customer to the customer's satisfaction.

      Service date 4/7/2022 Office Visit with Dr. V**********, Claim #**************** with ******
      You keep billing me for 65.00 and was denied by ****** due to you have a contract with them which states on EOB this service is included in another service provide on the same day and is not allowed separately and states I am not responsible for this amount. I paid my $25.00 copay that day.
      I have called numerous times and insurance representatives have spoken with billing department on two occasions, and this has not been corrected with your company as to taking this off my bill.

      See attached EOB from ****** and copy of two conversations from My chart. and receipt for copay paid on 4/7/2022 and copy of letter I will be sending to St. Elizabeth. I also have a voice message on my phone from May at ****** if need to be heard.

      Yes, I made a complaint with BBB on 8/14/2022 about St, Elizabeth billing dept. I spoke with an Alison from ST. Elizabeth today and the billing problem has been corrected they cleared it off my account the $65.00. I just want to let you know it has finely been resolved with them. Thank you very much for your help if you could please make note of this on my complaint. Thank you again.
