      I have been a customer of Arlinghaus for more than 6 years and during that time have paid for a monthly service contract. Until this year, I was highly satisfied. This year, Arlinghaus's responsiveness has been inadequate. For the third time in less than 1/2 year, on the day of a routine service appointment, Arlinghaus has called to cancel it. I always schedule my routine service calls at least 1 month in advance, so you can imagine how annoyed I am when the day of the scheduled service, I get called to get bumped and then get told it will be at least 1 week more before the service people can get to me. Most recently, I faced this situation on October 30, 2023. When I was asked if I was willing to reschedule, I said no. I then asked to escalate the situation. I never received a return call. I also went on the Arlinghaus website, contacted customer support, and asked to have a manager contact me by telephone. It is now November 3, and I still have not received the courtesy of a return call. I also have not been able to schedule my routine fall hvac check. For a firm that touts itself on making its customers happy, I am extremely disappointed. I can accept being bumped once in a year for extenuating circumstances. But three times????

      Brandon S did the Fall maintenance on our HVAC. We were able to get the appointment the day after our request. Brandon was thorough and efficient in his work. Arlinghaus is our "go to" company when we need help.

      I just had Evan C***** here to repair my A/C system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He identified the issue, repaired it promptly and took the time to explain it to me. I would welcome him to come in the future, if I have any further issues. I have been totally happy with the service provided by Arlinghause.

      The technician, Brandon did a phenomenal job of completing the set up for our new HVAC system. I highly recommend the company and him is your technician.

      Arlinghaus Heating and Air Conditioning Company did a great job, I have total confidence on the service and **** Brand. The 2 men, Jackson and Austin were professional and installed the new heat pump system in the time that was promised. They stand behind their service and products.

      HVAC system stopped working. They charged me about $250 to fix the wiring. However, that ends up not being the problem and I actually need to buy a new thermostat. I buy a new one ($250-300, per their recommendation) and they come back out to install it, only to tell me that it is actually not compatible. Ended up having another company come out to take a look and they fixed everything for about $75. I go to cancel my Happy House membership with Arlinghaus and I now have to pay a $68 difference for the discounts I received on a service that was never actually provided correctly.

      We had ac tune up appointment and technician suggested we needed to replace part on AC unit. At time we could not do it so I called later to reschedule. And just got run around. Very disappointed!!!
