    We had a bad experience with Niceley's. Within minutes after our technician arrived, he was determined to make several sexist and degrading comments and passing them off as a joke. We contacted Niceley's who also played it off as though our technician was just having fun. However, we made it clear right away to the technician that his comments weren't welcome, yet he continued to make the comments again. He was condescending and rude, and if he had been in our home any longer, he would've been asked to leave. We were still charged for this 5 minute visit and we're disappointed in how Niceley's handled this situation.

    We have apologized several times to this customer. The customer made it clear they would only accept an apology if there was also a full refund. No one meant to offend anyone and we are very sorry there was offense taken. In a world of gloom, sometimes folks try to lighten the mood with humor. Apparently this time it was taken in an offensive way, but was never intended to be. We have discussed internally with our technician.

    I never write complaints about businesses and try to give others the benefit of the doubt. However, I'm disgusted with my experience with Niceley Appliance Repair. We have a refrigerator that is no longer cooling well. The first technician said it was a gasket issue, and would have to order the parts. Two days later, another technician put them on, and the following day, the refrigerator wasn't cooling any better. The technician came back and wasn't really sure what the issue was (could be a fan, could be a board), but since we already spent $600, he recommended to just get a new refrigerator. During one of our many calls to their offices, the associate there said they could just take the parts off and refund the money for the parts. However, today, the technician said they would not be doing that and no other adjustments would be made. Their offer was to put a fan on, which they would cover, but no one is really convinced that is the issue. The bottom line with used appliances is the customer expects the problem to be solved when spending more than $500. We would have been completely happy if they would have told us in the beginning, "we don't know what the issue could be, and you are better off buying new". But, I suppose they just want to sell parts to jack up the price. The manager at the office wasn't willing to entertain any reduction in costs, even though they didn't fix the issue AND they weren't completely confident they knew what the issue was. I won't use them again, and recommend people looking elsewhere for appliance repairs.

    Its always unfortunate when an appliance has multiple issues, and it can be frustrating for sure. In an effort to ease this frustration, we offered to complete the additional repair for free, and wed still be happy to do that. This customer wanted every ***** back or they would leave bad reviews without giving us a chance to rectify the situation.

    I ordered a part for my dryer in the store. It took only a few minutes. It was out of stock but delivered within the promised 2 days. I was promptly called when my order arrived and I picked it up. Awesome service.

    They scheduled to repair my ** Refrigerator 3 weeks out only to call me the day before to cancel because they have no ** Technician to repair my fridge. So it’s been almost a month that my fridge is broke. I could have called somebody else had they let me know this earlier.
    That is bad business.

    Unfortunately there are only a few companies that service the ** brand. Were sorry for the inconvenience but hopefully the company we referred you to was able to help.

    ********* did a fantastic job!Their installation people encountered some unexpected issues (wiring and space constraints) and they were able to solve and complete the installation.We would highly recommend ********* for your HVAC work.

    Nicely's came through for us when our 15+ year old washing machine stop working. Was able to get there and replace the part and had us up and running within an hour. Thanks Dan!

    Niceleys is my go to HVAC company,**** showed up on a Sunday to service our AC after I told him Monday would be OK,everything was under warranty and he still showed up on a Sunday no less.Quality business with values.Been a loyal customer for over ***** .thanks **********************
