    On Saturday March 23rd 2023 NKY movers aka Strong Ass Movers aka Novit Logistics came as hired to move us from one home to another. Prior to they sent my husband their insurance paperwork for proof of insurance. They ended up damaging floors in the laundry room, entry and kitchen. This company had zero moving equipment. They used no protection on walls, floors etc. Kirk N**** took pictures and said he would send it to their insurance to file a claim. He kept making it sound like it wasn't his company and referring to "them" and others etc. So after doing research later come to find it his his company, they all are. Anyway we called the insurance and they are no longer under coverage
    We called the phone numbers be had listed, he answered one call after and said he was working on it and would have answers by Monday night. We have had zero contact with him and left many voicemails. He is running a deceitful business and very unprofessional. Now we are out money because we have to replace floor in a brand new build.

    Sept 21-23, 2022. I paid $300 deposit and was charged $1972.53 the last day of the move. I paid a deposit on a 26' truck, 3 men to move me in one day. It took them 3 days, they were late every day, broke, damaged and took items. I filed a form they sent me along with photos and after almost a month, they have not contacted me. My security alarm, which was not activated with the service yet, went off while they were at my new home unloading, which meant one of the sensors was attempted to be removed. They went as slow as they possibly could. I ended up helping unload the truck as I wanted to get it done after sleeping in a chair for 2 days. I am attaching all of the detail and photos. I have to replace an ***** monitor, a TV, have my furniture steam cleaned and damage to the wood on my furniture can't be fixed. I had only arranged to take off one day of work. I ended up having to take off 3 days and do not get paid when I don't work. I do not think they should be paid a dime for what I went through and the damage they caused.

    On July 27, 2022. I was provided moving services by the company. Job 1791-1. During the move my leather couch received 3 tears. I sent in the pictures to Kirk via email per his request. After the email was sent I waited several days before following up via email. After not receiving a respond I called. On several occasions (3) Kirk acknowledged the claim and said I would be refunded for the damages. I requested the credit be placed back on my credit card. I was informed all 3 times an email will be sent an email however I have yet to receive the email nor follow up response from the company. In addition to the calls, I have also left voice mails.
