      Terrible towing service. My sister and I both needed a tow on the same street and he lied to me about the towing fee for my car and quoted my sister for a hundred dollars less after I was in a wreck. Nothing but scammers and liars.

      Son's car was towed within an hour of being on hwy while we were getting a spare tire. Tried to get the car last night at 545 pm. Because they were closed at 5 pm could not get car out till 8 am next morning. Called again at 8am next morning and it will be $355 to get car out. Charged me $245 tow (less than 10 miles) and $90 for 2 days (less than 24 hours). They consider 12 am next day but we tried to get the car last night. So how can they charge if they would not let us get car last night?? Plus web site says always open. So now if have to find a way to come up with $355 to get car out.

      Complete scam. My son wrecked his car. We were told it could only be towed to Airport Towing as they were the tow company called by the police. Which is a lie!! You have the right to say where you want a car towed. you just pay more. I went to look at his car & was told I couldn't take any pictures of it. Really?? Its my car!! Its against their policy!! The fees were crazy. A $35 cleanup fee. I was onsite when tow truck arrived. No cleanup happened. At all!!
      $50 administrative fee, $60 labor fee, $165 for tow & $45/day for storage. A grand total of $490 for a tow & 4 days sitting in the lot!! Then I was told cash only. I wasn't happy about any of this but the cash pissed me off. I talked to the guy twice the day before & no mention of cash only!! Never go to this towing company. You will be ripped off!!! So disappointed!! Bad enough you have an accident but then this company takes advantage of you!!

      we apologize for any circumstances that made you unhappy in unfortunate car accident. I have spoken to the driver that towed the vehicle and he said there was clean up. we are willing to refund your $35.00. Also, our records show that we accepted a card payment according to the tow ticket. we also had the vehicle 5 days and only charged storage for 4. hopefully this will resolve this issue. thanks Airport Towing
