I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ovago Outfitters and its owner, **** ***, regarding a late-season archery bow hunt I paid $2,800 for in Kentucky and Ohio. *** ******* ***** ***** ******** I am deeply dissatisfied with the services I received, which fell far short of the promises made at the time of booking.

Firstly, I was required to bait my own hunting spots, a task I was led to believe would be handled by the outfitter. Additionally, I had to drive myself to and from the stands, retrieve my own deer, and even serve the owner his food and beverages. These responsibilities were not disclosed prior to my payment and are not what I expected for the price I paid.

Moreover, the owner, **** ***, engaged in dangerous and irresponsible behavior by drinking and driving while we were in the car. This not only put our safety at risk but also significantly disrupted our hunting experience. Furthermore, his family members were hunting at the same time, despite the fact that we were paying for exclusive access to the hunting grounds, which further limited our hunting opportunities.

In light of these issues, I request a full refund of the $2,800 I paid for this trip. The services provided were far from what was promised, and the behavior of the owner was unacceptable and dangerous. I hope the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter and ensuring that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences.

Let alone after consulting with a licensing specialist it is believed and stated that **** *** and his wife ******* *** are not registered to have commercial licseses ti run an outfitter in Ohio or Kentucky. Please note throughout my time he was guiding us to and from spots on atvs and I harvested 2 deer with this outfitter

Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ovago Outfitters and its owner, **** ***, regarding a late-season archery bow hunt I paid $2,800 for in Kentucky and Ohio for my nephew and I to hunt . I am deeply dissatisfied with the services I received, which fell far short of the promises made at the time of booking.

Firstly, I was required to bait my own hunting spots and purchase my own baits numerous times a task I was led to believe would be handled by the outfitter as **** *** owner stated. . Additionally, I had to drive myself to and from the stands, retrieve my own deer of shot and even serve the owner his food and beverages at night as he demanded I get him beer from his basement fridge. These responsibilities were not disclosed prior to my payment and are not what I expected for the price I paid in cash to the owner

Moreover, the owner, **** ***, engaged in dangerous and irresponsible behavior by drinking and driving while we were in the car. This not only put our safety at risk but also significantly disrupted our hunting experience. Furthermore, his family members were hunting at the same time specifically his brother despite the fact that we were paying for exclusive access to the hunting grounds, which further limited our hunting opportunities. I also have videos where I had to check trail camera sd cards and return them to the properties interfering with our hunt. Furthermore I had to sit in the cold snowy ground because some blinds did not have chairs

Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

    Sincerely,
    ******* * ******* * **** ********
