These guys installed my AC for new house year and half ago and the copper lines both inside and out leaked from the start. 5 trips later and a lot of wasted time trying to figure out anything they decided not to honor warranty and claimed they did nothing to the copper lines but the main copper line inside the unit is leaking where they adjusted it before cranking on it. Guess they are done with it charged me $90 just for looking at it this time. Beware of this shady company sad I had to even give one star..

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating HVAC issues can be, especially in a newer home.
To clarify, the equipment installed in your home was provided by the construction company organizing the Homearama showcase. Because we did not source this equipment ourselves, and it lacks local manufacturer support, we’ve gone above and beyond our standard practices to assist. including six no-charge service visits during your one-year labor warranty period.
On our most recent visit, we discovered a leak originating from a factory weld inside the unit. This is an internal defect in the manufacturing process. Our technicians do not manipulate or “crank” copper lines in a way that would create this kind of failure. Nonetheless, we empathize with your situation and offered a heavily discounted solution: free labor for the diagnosis and repair, including pulling a vacuum and recharging the system, plus a 67% discount on the refrigerant required to complete the job.
At this point, the labor warranty has expired, and the issues continue to stem from manufacturing defects outside of our workmanship. While we’ve tried to provide support far beyond our warranty terms, we cannot continue to do so at no cost. However, we remain open to finding a reasonable path forward and welcome you to contact us if you'd like to discuss alternative solutions.Review fromMatt L

I have been using One Choice Mechanical since 2019 on all my rental properties in Louisville. The annual maintenance plan is great for maintaining systems and if you have an old system that you want to replace, the cost for a new AC was half as other bids.
The other benefit is One Choice can service equipment that is up on a 30 foot roof, many others do not have long enough ladders or are afraid to climb.One Choice Mechanical, LLC

We had our fall inception done and Alex was assigned to us. Great guy! He wore booties in our house which was nice that he took that extra step. He did find a problem with our HVAC system and gave us a quote on a new system. Very friendly and communicated what needs to be done with us. Again, thank you One Choice. Spoke with Jaxson on the morning my HVAC was out. He assured me they would work in my furnace repair that day. Alex came out after lunch and even ran out to get an item to get me up and running. Every employee I spoke with was helpful!One Choice Mechanical, LLC

Hired these guys to do 2 new construction jobs for me when my regular guy was too busy. Between the 2 jobs they cost me 3 months of time with delays and screwups. Had to make 3 additional trips per house to pass inspection on rough-in alone. After the finish was done, discovered on house they forgot the condensate line. On the other they forgot to cut holes in ductwork in the finished basement, costing more money in repairs and delays. We had more screwups and come backs with their 2 jobs than we had in the previous 25 houses combined with our old (current) hvac company. A year and a half later I’m still dealing with their sub standard work, only now they say it’s out of warranty so I’m on my own. This is the worst sub contractor I have ever hired for anything. Lucas always does an amazing job. He took care of my AC 12 years ago and he remembered me when i called again 12 years later.
