My parents Refrigerator motor kept running. Called A+ Appliance Repair. They came out and diagnosed it to be a bad baffle motor. Replaced and charged 475.00
Once motor turned back on when they left, it ran all night and all the next morning.
Called A+ Appliance again. They came out and said nothing was wrong.

This is pure theft!!! They did not fix anything!!!

Called another appliance company and they came out and diagnosed a different issue and fixed it for 100 dollars.

We did return because we return on all issues . We never said nothing was wrong . We told customer we had to adjust the duct motor inside the refrigerator . They watched us as we did this . We explained we had to adjust it . And out of curiosity what was this 100.00 other repair . What did this other company diagnose because we diagnosed the ice being at the motor it was a bad motor not opening correctly . I would like info of what the other company did to repair this issue then I will move forward on this complaint if it is a completed repair that could have fixed the icing up around the duct motor . And again we always tell customers what we have done . And again in this case they watched us do our adjustment and even commented about realizing what we are doing because we had to pop the motor in good to stop the incorrect air flow . This part was an expensive and needed part . But if they send me what other company did for only 100.00 then I will look at next step on  doing this depending on what they done . We also offered to come back out to look again and customer refused they said no there not letting us . In some cases it has to be checked multiple times if a part that is the candidate is replaced . But they refused us coming out . And then accuse us of stealing on complaint . We always answer phones and resolve issues .and if there's a problem we return to issue until it's resolveded . All of our conversations are recorded from my office , ide love to handle this in a civil manor . But we need more info on what was going on . From the candidate that fixed the icing up

I am rejecting this response because:

For one, it is amazingly incoherent. I’m not sure this person was sober when writing this response.

We have had two appliance companies out and they have both stated the same problem that the second company fixed. Both have stated that what the first business A+ appliance repair supposedly fixed did not need to be fixed and did not solve the issue at hand.

A refund is due because you were trying to steal from elderly people by Repairing something that did not need repairing only so you can keep coming out again and again charging

A refund is due because we have two other companies in agreement that what A+ appliance repair  ‘fixed’ was not the cause of the problem

I can refund labor and again apologize for any issues . The part is non returnable . So we can only refund on the labor . Which is 200.00 even . We normally need up to 30 days to process and get this refund shipped directly to you . Or if you paid with a credit card. Then we refund it to the credit card . And that takes only 14 days total . If interested in refund we can do we will start process.
