I bought a car on 10/15/24. Within 20 minutes the car was running hot. He told me check colorant. It was bone dry. After 2 1/2 gallons it was still **** ****** it back 10/16/24 less than 24 hours later. They put 3 bottles of stop leak in it. White smoke was rolling out of the tail pipes. It has cracked heads or blown head gaskets. They just messaged me and said they will.let a and mechanic see. And just got a message ** * ******* **** politely they will try to help me like decent people. It was 7000 cash. He lied and put on the paper 5500. I had the car less than 24 hours.

**** ********* came to look at vehicles on 10-15-24, and after test driving a few different vehicles she decided on a 2016 Chevy Impala. After signing all paperwork the sale was completed and she left with the vehicle. She called and texted me regarding the car overheating. I advised her to check the coolant, and she sent me a picture of the temperature gauge via text, which did not show the car was overheating. she stated via text she added 1/2 a gallon of coolant. She asked if we could check it out the next day and I told her yes.  She brought the car back the next day and stated two certified mechanics said the head gaskets or the head was blown, so we checked everything and noticed the coolant line had a minor  leak, and we added more coolant to see where it was leaking exactly. We did not add stop leak, only coolant, because we needed to be able to see where the coolant was leaking at. She left the Impala at the car lot while we replaced the leaking hose. She texted me on 10/17/24 at 8:53am, and said she refuses to take the impala and wants her money back OR another vehicle, and wants it checked by her mechanic. She stated also she was going to report me to the BBB, and she had already spoken with an attorney that will take her case. She returned 10/17/24 after texting me and was extremely emotional and crying. She said she doesn't want the Impala, because she has had bad luck with Impalas, and her current vehicle is an impala with a lot of problems. We discussed her options and she wanted to exchange the impala for a different vehicle. So, she test drove other vehicles. She said she really wanted an SUV but they were all out of her price range, so she decided on  2014 Nissan Sentra with 94k miles. There were no extra fees or charges for the Nissan. She left on the 17th and I drove the Nissan to a mechanic of her choice (35 miles one way) so she can rest assured the vehicle is in good working order. Her mechanic checked the vehicle and said everything was working well.

I am rejecting this response because:

I had contacted yesterday you about DC Motors. When I took the car back the same day I told them something was wrong with the transmission.  Well I've got to replace the transmission and I ga e them every penny I had. For 7000.00 nothing should be wrong with it. I've not even had it 6 months

    The car has a salvage title that I wasn't made aware of. It's had transmission *************** ******  ****** *** ***have a new transmission. I paid 7000 ******* *** ** *************** 5000. I told them it had transmission. Problems and they told ***** *** ** ** *** ***** They have done this to many people.

    Best Regards,

    Sincerely,

Gave owner of business $400 for a vehicle but vehicle still needing some repairs made. Was going to give remainder of money when I picked the vehicle back up. I end up being hospitalized and was unable to pick up or have contact with him. After a week the owner put the car that I was suppose to purchase back up for sale. He then told me that he was selling it and that was it. I had a few items in the car that was mine personally and $400 that her refuses to give back. I had already insured the vehicle for that month because I thought it was mine. Since I didn't get to complete the purchase on the vehicle I feel like he should return the money back to me. This isn't fair and me being hospitalized was out of my hands. I really could use that money considering I have 3 kids that I raise alone. Please help me.

The customer came to test drive the vehicle, She paid a $400 deposit. She asked if she could drive it home to show her kids, and I told her the vehicle needed an alignment, so drive slow and bring it right back, this was on March 20th. She did not return the vehicle that day. I texted her on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, and she had different excuses of why she couldn’t return the vehicle. I was going to report it stolen, but she finally brought the vehicle back on the 23rd. At that time we were still holding it for her, and doing the repairs, waiting to complete the paperwork, and receive the money for the vehicle. On march 28th I reached out via text, and she said she would be at the car lot that afternoon to complete the process, but she didn’t show up. I asked her on the 29th if she was still coming, with no response. She reached out April 10th and asked if the vehicle was ready yet, I told her it’s been ready for 15 days and she can come finish the process and pick it up, but she stopped replying. I reached out one last time on April 10th after 12 hours of no reply. A few days later she called me being hostile, and her boyfriend came to the car lot, and I explained to him that since there was no reply, and we had to detail the car due to her smoking and eating I. The vehicle the 3 days she had it, and that she had used our gas, and put 344 miles on the car while she had it, we can not give back her deposit. We then listed the car for sale again.
