    just purchased 11 boxes of what was suppose to be new laminate flooring costing $267 after opening a box we found 80% of product was damaged and unlayable...as we opened many more ,we found the majority were damaged and unlayable.after tryin to go back o store and wait...noone would anser yet they said they were open..then after finaly getting thru to call..they proceded to make excuses and try to blame us that we damaged product..wouldnt even consider exchange let alone refund or even look a product..after deeper review..we found we wernt the only victims of the exact event..

    The gentleman that filed the complaint was in my business the week before and purchased laminate flooring. He spent over 2 hours here and personally checked every case. We are a surplus warehouse and have signs throughout the building advising customers to do just that, inspect everything as we do not accept returns. The customer inspected and was satisfied. Each case was hand loaded by an employee who also inspected it and verifies it was undamaged at the time of sale.

    Approximately 5 days later he began messaging on Facebook, my daughter who was off that day was answering him. Myself and an employee were here and business was open from 8-4:30. It should also be noted that the messages do not mention a problem with the product. 

    Customer called later that day and I spoke with him. I reiterated the fact that he had examined the product prior to purchase and approved it. I also explained that as we make clear, we do not accept returns. This is the policy of mine, and all the surplus businesses I am familiar with. At the time of sale if a customer sees a flaw or problem they can choose to reject the product, or if they want it with flaws we adjust price accordingly. If customer approves and purchases, all sales are final.

    As this condition was met, and the call came several days later, I am not willing to go against my posted policy.
