    On 1/25/2024 I was using the washers at the village wash house and one of the washers took my money so I called the lady's number and she was very rude about returning my money, then I called her again to let her know that 3 washers that take. $2.50 did not wash my clothes properly. She then told me there was nothing she could do cause she wasn't there to witness what I put in the washers... I told her half the machines didn't work and she told me to quit using the village wash house if I didn't like things... over half the dryers don't work, washers won't spin out completely, leaving clothes soaked. The floor is uneven badly and could get someone hurt.

    This customer called me and said my large washer wasn't working and took her money. I told her I was unable to get to the laundromat at that time (it is self service) and to text me her name and number  and I would get her money back to her.  She contacted me again telling me her clothing did not get clean or spin out in 3 small washers. I responded that I haven't had any issue with those machines unless they are overloaded. She proceeded to inform me they were not overloaded and complain about everything she could think of. She is correct there are numerous machines that are out of order and they are clearly marked as such as they are waiting for a repair technician. The large capacity machine that she claims did not work and the other top load normal capacity machines were all  in use by other customers when I arrived at the shop 2 hours later. And they worked properly running thru the complete cycles. I am willing to refund the $8.00 for the large capacity machine she said would not start but I do not feel I am responsible for the others considering the customers before her, following her that day and since then have not had any issues. Also she claims that she is owed $25.00 and if you add the $8.00 large washer and 3 washers at $2.50 each, as written in her statement that would only come to $15.50. So where did she come up with $25.00. As for her comment of the floor being uneven, it is a poured concrete floor and level except for the recessed areas under the washers. I'm not sure how someone could get hurt on that unless they have issues walking in general. And she is correct that I told her if she didn't like the place to stop coming there.
