    My wife was involved in a very minor accident the other person admitted fault however their insurance obstructed and delayed the repair for far to long. They made this problem as Difficult as possible.So we contacted Florence Autobody, the Ladies in the office took care of everything. Very pleasant to deal with. The car looks great.     Took a truck to Florence frame for repairs after an accident. Repairs looked great but 2 years to the date it started bubbling under the paint. Took back to shop and was told they would file a claim again from the accident and was told they would call me back. I waited 2 weeks and called them again. This time I was told the person who was taking care of claim was on vacation. Waited a week no call back. I called again and was told it had been 2 years and due to make and model of truck they would not repair. This truck is garage kept and is not a daily commuter. There is no rust or signs of rust anywhere else on truck especially the other wheel well. Would there not be the same issue on other side if this was true? Company does not stand behind work
