    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!! I hired this company in March 2023 to replace our roof. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The job is still not complete. In June 2023 a mechanics lien was put on our home, not by Alzaria Construction, but by ********** ************ Specialists, ********** Supply, the contractors material supplier. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS AND THEIR SUPPLIERS WILL COME AFTER YOU, REGARLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE PAID YOUR FINAL INVOICE. They lie, and are VERY disrespectful when confronted about it. Now we have to get lawyers involved and try to untangle this whole mess! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for you construction needs.

    BEWARE. We contracted Alzaria Construction to rebuild our home following a tornado (7/2022) and one full year later (7/2023), our house is still uninhabitable. Limited repairs were completed, and many of the repairs that were done triggered mechanical liens on our property by subcontractors who were not paid as promised. Our experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of services rendered, lies and deception. There is zero accountability, zero trust with Alzaria. From our experience, they have done whatever is necessary to deceive us, as homeowners, and our insurance company. The entire experience has been a nightmare on every level.
