Design help and sales were adequate; however, installation was subpar. The seam is not completely flush and it has a visible and noticeable edge which is right near the front of the countertop and interferes with usage. When I called and spoke with Matt he said that he was sorry that I wasn't satisfied, but it was within "industry standards" and there was nothing he would do about it. Secondly, my dishwasher cabinet is now 1/2" from the wall at the top of the cabinet thus making a sizable gap that I now need to fill. Matt said that he didn't even notice the gap. Again, no offers to help rectify the problem. Finally, the quartz was cut in my driveway alongside my new truck. I was not asked to move the truck or put it in the garage, although they didn't close the garage while cutting the quartz, which I would have readily done. Needless to say, it was covered with quartz dust, which Matt said that he did not want to wipe off in fear of scratching the vehicle. Instead, they used a water bottle to spray it. Now it has quartz dust and water spots. Again, Matt just said "sorry." I felt like they rushed to get the job done and cut corners along the way. Maybe they were in a hurry to get to the bank to cash my check. Matt was not concerned in the least about my situation and dissatisfaction. All in all, customer satisfaction is not a priority at Excellence By Nature.

We made a trip to the client's home on December 30th to address her concerns and rectify the issues. She said that she was satisfied with everything when the crew left on the 30th. We have also emailed the client a ****** Car Wash certificate to have her truck washed.D. T.

**** and his crew came out the very next day and took care of the issues that I had. Everything is now completed to my satisfaction. They even sent a gift certidficate to ****** Car Wash so that I can have the truck cleaned. They definitely restored my faith in their company. Thank you.
