My name is ***** ****, my wife, ***** and I have been the owners and operators of *** **** Woodworks for 38 years. We do just about anything custom when it comes to woodworking, from custom sawmilling, interior yacht work, carved signs, and design and fabrication of custom furniture from trees we have salvaged and milled.
Over the years we have had rare occasion to have the need for large scale shipping until a few months ago when we chose to leave Key West and move to Kona, Hawaii, the home of our children and recent granddaughter.
WE sold almost all of our belongings except for about 25% of a 40 foot shipping container. In the other 75% rested 3,000 board feet of a very rare species of mahogany (Cuban Mahogany – swetenia mahoganosi) as well as seven large logs. I had all of my hand tools, our clothing and as few personal items as possible. To say I was nervous about the shipping process is a huge understatement. The packing and strapping and safe containment of 30,000 pounds of wood along with our personal belongings was well under my design and control. However, the actual dropping off of the container, the timing, the pickup, cross country transit, trans Pacific shipping and the ultimate delivery to a fairly isolated spot in Hawaii was totally out of my control.
To this I owe immeasurable gratitude to the expertise of Janelle F****. I’ve never met her except through our correspondence. She took care of us like we were family members. There were a few bumps along the way when it came to local pick up and delivery to which she responded immediately and smoothed out any glitches. I should also mention that she handled the shipping of our vehicle we had driven crosscountry with zero problems. I look forward to meeting her someday so I can thank her properly in person. My hope is that this letter of gratitude and recommendation will make a positive addition to what I suspect is a glowing resume. Thank you Janelle. You’re Great! Keep up the good work.

Good folks who know what they are doing and are helpful in answering all questions along the way. They arranged shipment of a off-road utility vehicle for me and I trust them if I need to ship something else in the future.Nationwide Transport Services, LLC
