  What a waste of time These people are.. please don’t ever even try.. wasted 7 hours on the side of the road waiting for them when they kept telling me the mobile repair guy was 15-20 min away.. called them at 1pm ET and no one showed up till 8pm ET.. just needed an air tank plug as per pic..they charged my credit card in the first 15min and later on said that their system had some issue and the payment didn’t go through (only when I asked after 4 hours of wait) ..invoiced me for 640$ some dollars . I even offered to pay again but nothing happened.. eventually got hold of another guy to do it.. took him less than 30min to do it and charged me 230$.. These guys are a mere waste of time.. a bunch of ………….

  This company is overcharging customers and should be shut down.$300 deposit for labor for a simple job plus service charge $193 before they even come out. And if you try and cancel they charge $540 so you cant get your money back this is fraud an should not be allowed.

  This company quoted me $906.45 for a tire replacement which I approved as it was in the middle of the night so I know service rates are inflated but then took a lot longer to show up and after repairs were complete they charged an additional $462.65 to my credit card for apparently additional miles. There was no call no communication no invoice no email nothing. I just find it charged on my credit card this morning. As a professional business you never never charge some ones credit card without out authorization. They should have called me first and discussed these additional miles with me. I would have declined it and waited until daylight and got someone closer. Incredibly poor business practices. They only wanted to off not even half of a refund even after complaining they didn't notify me of additional charges. You didn't have authorization for those charges and have not sent the invoice for the additional miles yet. This was a huge error on their part...I'm still waiting for that invoice And to the Better Business Bureau how can you let this company have your accredited logo with as many complaints as they have about them. You do nothing...they get to be accredited just because they pay a higher fee? You should kick them out of your rating and accreditation data base

  This company has the worst customer service and mechanics who have no idea what they’re doing. Their mechanics are all contracted and they don’t guarantee you will get a diagnosis even though you’re required to pay a $350 deposit. They won’t tell you the deposit does t include an hourly rate until after the mechanic is done looking at your truck. Jonathan was thee worst mechanic and Connie who answers the phone doesn’t care whatsoever. They’re main concern is to come out and pretend to go and back fourth to the auto parts store to run up the hourly rate. They charged me 1,200 and my truck wasn’t fixed or diagnosed. The mechanic spent 7hours trying to figure it out and since he couldn’t, he billed me for his time which is unbelievable. No one ever called to apologize or anything, SCAM

  Guys don't use their Fyx Feet roadside assistance . Its just a warning. They will surely empty your pockets . Its a total scam and a proper rip off. Last week I order a roadside service and they only changed 2 fuel filter on my trucks. Top of that they will ask you to provide your **** in advance and without even sending you an invoice they would charge whatever they want. They do this to get your **** information fist and them they charge you 585.12 and they explain with the amount will be cover everything, and then without letting me know another charge of 586.44 dollars. What is this!! Can you believe it.
  Just wanted to give you guys heads up. I would love to give them 0 star but their is no option like that. So call them at your own risk. Never again

  *******,I am sorry that you feel you were ripped off. A employee reached out and explained the charges to you as he deemed them all valid. If any of the charges were not valid we would have issued you a refund. We have to collect credit card information from any customers that do not have an account with FYX due to past experiences of not receiving payment. We are a third party vendor offering 247 roadside service worldwide. We secure the vendor, pay them out for repairing the customers unit and then bill the customer. Any kind of ******************** maintenance is going to be more expensive than taking to a local shop. Hopefully this helps you to understand your invoice a little more. SCAM ALERT!!!! scam truck breakdown roadside assistance, buying roadside assistance scam, pretending to be a local repair shop when they actually have no shop or knowledge on repairs or mechanic licensed in any state.
  Why would you ever pay anyone or any company money just to make a phone call on your behalf for actual truck or trailer repair shop? every time you call them and not an actual local repair shop you paying a lot more almost 3 times the price that you normally should pay on average truck repair service. they simply taking an advantage of your lack of knowledge, they scam work like this you call them after finding them on google search or on sites like nttsbreakdown.com. findtruckservice.com. those site are breakdown assistance and they keep they keep silent let this scam run because they get paid to advertise they website and company FYXFLLET.COM. on they site. ***************** and ******************** should be ashamed for collaborating with such companies sometimes buy first positions to be found as number one on any of those sites, just to manipulate the search results to make you believe they are legit local truck repair shop. where they pretend to be a local truck repair shop company, but they actually not the seat in Florence Kentucky, collecting your credit cards information not legally and charge you hundreds if not thousand of dollars in truck breakdown fees, and in this process they corrupt the actual repair shop that end up either not getting paid or end up taking the bad review on they behalf since people think now that this was the actual local company that provide them with the service, they using local vendors simply making a phone call and dispatch them to do your repairs, and charge you more than you should ever pay for any type of truck repair, mobile truck

  Was referred to FYX Fleet by **** *** Roadside service for a tow of my Travel Trailer. The first thing FYX wanted was for me to text them a dollar with my credit card. I did and they said that they would call around and find a repair service and someone would come out to fix my travel trailer in place, no taking it to a repair shop. I could call around for service myself! They would call me right back, which they did not. Apparently FYX is just a referral service? So the **** *** Roadside Service insurance I have been paying for has provided me with no roadside service and FYX has left me hanging without a repair. I want my dollar back.

  I had wheel bearings go out. When I called them, I thought they provided the service. The people that were sent were not qualified to do the work. The driver smelled alcohol and saw beer on the front seat of their vehicle. These were sent to do a job who did not have the experience or equipment to do the job. I paid a $500 deposit and $300 was charged to my credit card. I could never recommend them to anyone. I do suggest if you want to save time and money stay away from them.
