On January 30th I got my nails done here. They are ugly and misshapen. I went back on January 31st and requested they take them off and refund me. The man in charge says he does not allow refunds and only the woman who did the nails can redo them. Which makes no sense at all. If they did them poorly the first time, why would I need her to do them again.

The first picture is the nails they did the second is what I asked for

I looked around all morning for a nail salon and found Nail Capital and Spa in Florence KY on Saturday May 21. I went in and was advised that I wanted a fill-in/repair and a pedicure. The host told me that appointments are best, but I could be worked in. After about 10mins or so, I was called to the pedicure bowl by a gentleman. It was banter about my feet that I didn’t appreciate but let it slide by putting on my headphones. There were different levels on pedicures and since I needed an exfoliation, I chose the deluxe and I finished and got my toes polished. I was then moved to another guy’s station to get my fill-in. We started and I showed him the acrylic that started to lift and advised how I wanted my nails. The fill-in was light for my taste, and it wasn’t wait I was used to, so I made suggestions to add more here and there. Upon the buffing and color process, I showed the gentleman a design I wanted, I never got even close to what I wanted t but I just thought I would come back. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and a gel fill-in “designs” and repair, and my bill was $120. I was shocked because the nails were not that great looking and plain for the price. I pay and tip and get on my way. I get home and see that my nail polish is bubbling/puffed up on some fingernails and my toenail is chipped. The shop is closed so I just tried to call the next day but couldn’t get a definite answer regarding coming back in to get them fixed. I tried again but no resolve, so I was off on May 24th and my fingernail polish was peeling so I went to the shop. The host when I showed him the work and wanted to get them repaired acted as though I didn’t get my nails done there. We went around and around about when I was in and where I sat and describing who I seen. After a few minutes, I was advised I had to see the people that originally did them to have them repaired. I was furious but I said ok and when did they have appointments. The guy had an appointment on Friday at 6 or Sat at 1
