    My mother and I visited La Mer Nail Salon on 5/11/2022 we had an appointment at 6:30. I wasn't assisted until 6:50. The man that was doing my pedicure (white Abercrombie and fitch polo) made me extremely uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. First, he asked my mom if he had permission to do my pedicure (I'm a 30 year old female) this made me feel like I didn't have the right as a young female to make choices for myself. Then he asked if his permission was below my knee or above the knee, this made me very uncomfortable. He asked me several times If I was over 18 and then made a sexual comment about my age. I did ask him to stop and told him that he was making me uncomfortable. The employee that was helping my mom witnessed the entire interaction and didn't say a word about it. They charged us both full price for a terribly uncomfortable experience. We called the next day to discuss with the owner, and they said they reviewed the tapes and what we said didn't happen and that we were laughing. I couldn't believe that a manager would handle a complaint this way. 1) I would like a refund because I shouldn't of had to pay for such a terrible uncomfortable experience. 2) I would like this to be noted so that another young girl who maybe isn't outspoken enough to tell them to stop harassing her doesn't have to go through this.
